Very poor experience . The owners are typical Puneris with rude attitude, do not even know how to communicate with politeness. Lacks basic business quality of Branding. Do not educate their customers regarding packaging of products. I purchased almost 50 deval metal bowls costing around 70,000/- that came into a newspaper wrapping!! Imagine a silver polished utensil wrapped in a raddipaper!!! Such a foolish gesture to deliver a order for a wedding. After asking about the basic packaging, they replied us rudely that we do not give the boxes unless asked. Such a basic requirement it is to deliver something so precious into a good or basic designed box to prevent it from scratches. How come they do business in such an attitude? We as customers expect worth our money and definitely this wasnt one. I urge all to visit the super brands like PNG and Ranka insted of wasting your time and money in such foolish enterprise. Atleast we get something worth our value with a smiling customer attender and some good communication.
