I have visited several opticians around India and would say this is one of the best optical shops in East Pune. I had a minor issue with my specs and when I have raised it to them , they promptly responded and provided the solution at the earliest. And the good thing is that the owner of the shop was directly involved on this and took responsibility for providing resolution. Customer satisfaction is their high priority.They have a very good knowledge on the product they sell. Their post sales support is also good. I would highly recommend this place for any optical needs.

Please dont suggest this shopThey have cheap quality frames and no proper customer service...no knowledge eitherchaudhari was was alright however his son only warms up to rich customers and makes sure that the sale made is more than 2000rs on a customer.Even the degree potrayed for him seems to be fake as he has 0 knowledge on lenses frames or vision.A customer who is ready to pay more on the stupid collection is respected and a genuine customer who questions is been looked down and insulted..I had seen this happening with another person and chose to leave the store even when I was getting good treatment as his son had figured out that I am from a well to do family and can spend very well on my son.But I chose to go to another shop.Please dont buy here as you can get much good value for ur money somewhere else.This incidence happened last month.
