I need to change the name of my light bill. I am being visiting the office since last year now. I have registered my complaint on their online portal, have put up the complaint on the existing complaint about zero response. All I get is the auto- generated receipt acknowledging my complaint and nothing else.Today they have arrived at my place just to cut the connection and when I am asking them to have a word with me they are denying to do so.This is the worst service center which has no care of their customers at all.

They put so much effort to trouble the residents in all possible ways. Electricity board should be privatized so that atleast they do some work. Dat by day their attitude worsens as citizens has no option other than taking their wrong manners to keep the lights on.
Govt service...what can you expect
Everything is fine except theres no shade for people waiting outside in line to pay their bills. In summers, its the worst. the guy who excepts bills is very helpful but sits inside wearing shorts and formal shirt. and the guy who sits inside seems arrogant and maniac. rest everything is fine.
Worst people to deal with first of they dont pick up the call if they do they dont talk respectfully some one tell make them realize they are govt servent. Meant for public help its a job they are doing they willingly applied for and earn of it
At 12.15am in the morning electricity has gone and was trying to call them from last one hour nobody is picking up the call ... Its Kalyani Nagar one of the centre of Pune .. howEver very irresponsible people of mseb ... Its like m staying in a village ...
No big sign board indicating name or location. Iooks like a tea stall. You hardly get a chance to know that it is this. But staff is helpful.

Have to give 1 because they don’t have rating lower than 1. Worst electricity board. It seems that we are staying in village. Every time electricity issue.

This place is only Light Bill Collection.They have personnel for emergency Electrical repairs for grids in the locality.For any kind of paper work related to Bill issues, main centre in Shastri Nagar is the place to go for.
Contact number is never available...Highly unprofessional attitude...Govt. Servants needs to be given education of how to respect civilians who contribute to their salary by means of taxes we pay...
