Not done the service satisfactorily. No grease was applied to brakes, no foam service, only showered the water and water went into petrol bin. Not cleaned properly. Simply, charged 400INR for oil change (with free service option).Poor Customer Experience.

Shashi bhau is very knowledgeable and very helpful person. He explains everything very well.I was riding back to Mumbai when my bike broke down and he managed to fix everything at once. As a result I was able to ride back to Mumbai.Same goes for Nilesh bhau.This is the best service of Hero, I have seen till now.

This service center is old and experienced staff. They do good servicing of your vehicle and delivered on same day.Not too much crowd on week days.Service - 5 star.Cost - reasonable.( It is dependent on individual.)Overall all 5 star *****

It is a good service centre. I would like to share my experience. My Moped was not working good from last 8 months. Each time needs to work on it. It was giving trouble in starting but when I get the reference of Mr. Mhaske from my usual garage then I shown it to him. He found 3-4 small reasons and make it very smooth and good. Now it is working properly. Thanks for service.

Staff behavior is not good. Just for servicing bike they took 2 days. Not supportive. Bad experience.

Best place to get your Hero vehicle serviced. The entire team is extremely helpful and the owner Mr. Nilesh is brilliant and has great, in-depth knowledge of the bikes and sees personally that all the issues get resolved. Have been a customer since many years.

Rude tone over phone, flat refusal to help for a total bike engine failure issue. Not even an effort to try and understand the issue and explore available options.

Showroom is not good .....they dont allow to see what they are doing with your bike...means we have no chance to get to know that work is upto the mark or not.....even they dont do servicing very well ...I am present at the time of servicing (intentionally *)& saw what they are doing, they work very casually....manager is not co-operative...he is behaving arrogantly....I would suggest that please do servicing at your native place where you know at least your mechanic ......

Only a month after servicing most of moving parts like scooter stand, brake leavers etc started feeling rough like there was no-grease applied to them in servicing. Also washing was done poorly. Thankfully scooter did not have any other issue. But due to this pathetic service, we had to get it re-serviced in 2 months only.

I would like to share my first visit experience to a hero service centre “La Bike” in Pune. I visited many service centre in Satara to solve my bike problem of front disc brake and engine noise. But none of the Hero service centres in satara could solve the issue. So on internet I came across “La Bike “ service centre in Pune. I took my bike from satara to Pune hoping the bike problem could be resolved and to my surprise both the issues of disc brake and engine noise where diagnosed in no time by mechanic name Shashi Mhaske working in La Bike. I cant tell you much about La Bike centre but I would really like to share my experience with Mr. Shashi mhaske. He is a very polite person and even has a good knowledge of the work he does. He also explained me the cause of problems in a very convincing way and attained them and solved both the problems. He had also given me a estimate of expenses eliminating the unwanted expenditures and only spending on things that are required to be renewed. I am rating this service centre a 5 star and all these 5 star are given to Mr. Shashi Mhaske. Regarding the service centre I had issues about the spare parts, so I think they should look into this aspect and also the charges of engine oil renewal is high..........

Unprofessional and arrogant towards customers.Charged Rs 300 just to tune the carburettor.Moreover wasnt provided with an official invoice despite being a authorized service centre. After inspection found the panel nut missing, hose pipe was loose, fuel drain pipe and carb drain pipe was left unplugged and not connected back to the carburettor.Such a pathetic service is not expected from an authorised service centre

Very Poor quality of service.I have asked in almost 3-4 authorized serevice centres in City but no one suggested me to bore my block piston. they said, at authorized service centres, we only replace block piston with new one but @ la bike, these people forced me to go for boring of block piston which turned biggst mistake for my bike. within 2 mnths my bike again starded giving me problem of block piston. too upset with this.I have also report starting trouble for my bike but manager & all mechanic at la bike told me that this is due to rains, it happens to most of the bikes but within a month i realized it was a problem with carborator & after replacoing it from another service centre, my bike is getting started in half kick.very poor knowled & suggestions by manager, owner & machanic at la bike service centre.i paid a bill of Rs 8000 for my bikes block piston work & still issue is unsolved. toooo disappointed.please be carefull if you are going for this option. its better to go for any local known machanic instead.

They directly refused to solve some problems in my new iSmart 110 bike. Being a authorized center, they must solve all the problem we are facing with our vehicle. But as others do, they did the same(not solving tickling sound problem of my bike, saying its companys fault).
