I have experienced the service three times with ferns and petal amanora, it was good.The reason for 3 star is about its price. I felt it is overpriced sometime it is ok but if you regularly visit a florist shop then you need to rethink.

I had requested for an address update for my order . however the address was not updated. They did not delivered my order as well and no refunds.This was really bad experience with FNP and an unprofessional behaviour mentioning that they cannot deliver the order as the address was not updated due to some technical issue. Who is responsible for this kind of circumstances...????why customer has to pay for it????

I ordered personalised table clock and chocolate box on my Husbands birthday. Price was bit high but looking at the display on their app, I thought quality should be worth it and I wanted it on next day itself. But It was total disappointment. The clock quality is too pathetic. The hands keep falling and clock is not in working condition since we received it. None of the items was gift wrapped. For chocolate box, they charged almost double price. The add-on greeting card was just a small plain paper card for which they charged a good amount. Its total waste of money. Their customer care just gather data from you afte raising query and after that they dont get back. Not going to recommend FNP to anyone ever.

When recipient was unable to pick the call due to company meeting and I am saying to gift the gift to security guard, then rude support girl said that if recipient says then only we will give gift to guard. When owner is saying to provide gift to guard then dont you need to listen? Then I said to change the delivery address and take more money from me for that, but then also they are not ready. Because of this, I couldnt send birthday gift and it was a very bad day just because of Ferns N Petals. :( Will never order anything again.

Ordered a cake for the 19th of July 17. Worst taste possible! Honestly, Ive never tasted anything so bad. Extremely sweet, odd tasting and stale.My advice, go to a renowned cake shop, avoid this place.

Ordered cake from here for quite a premium price. Bad quality of cream. The colour used was such that all had their fingers and lips dark pink for the rest if the evening. Not at all worth the price they charge.

Please not to order anything from this outlet. This is the worst experience I had with any outlet. They will fool you saying that if you will place any order from the outlet the quality will be more better other than the site of ferns n petals. I received the delivery very late by 6 hours and quality was poor. Even I complained the customer care of ferns n petals. They told me that they dont entertain any issues if order is placed from the outlet.
