Staff at Air India Koregaon park office, Pune is extremely helpful. My experience with them is really nice when I want to change the date of the ticket.

Zero star for AirIndia🤮Worst service. Totally garbage hired staff in all departments. I applied for my refund three months ago but, there is no response yet. Everytime I call them, they just transfer calls from one person to another and, the staff don’t know how to treat the customers. They just know how to disconnect the call and that’s all.I want my refund back asap.😡Never ever travel with Air India. 👎🏻👎🏻

The (Indian) Airline House of Pune is the oldest Airline office in Pune.The building deserves some extensive renovation. This office is used by Indias only Star Alliance member.. Air India. Booking and other Finance related matters are catered to through this office.Very kind and helpful staff. A great experience.

MY FAITH IN HUMANITY WAS RESTORED after visiting the Air India office located in Jewel Square mall, Pune. The office personnel were extremely cooperative and went above and beyond their way to help us reserve our ex-India international flight (amidst the Covid-19 pandemic).Thank you so much, Varsha maam. We wouldnt have been able to make it without your persistent effort to help us out.Altogether a very stress relieving and satisfactory experience.

Office shifted to koregao park

The staff is very helpful and listen to your concern patiently. Only thing I noticed is there should be token system for their customers. When I went they just randomly asked who came first and addressed him/her first. A token system would have ensured the correct sequence.But anyway I wanted personally give them the feedback but I got an urgent call and left without asking for the feedback form.Thanks again to all the staff working there.

Staff is helpful and ready to resolve your issues. They are better than the helpline people who mostly give only standard answers. Parking for them is there on-site and guard helps you find a spot

The staff is really good and will help you a lot to find the best flight. The atmosphere of the office is also Calm and quiet.

Only good thing about the place is availability of parking. The staff are dumb and unresponsive and least bothered about giving proper service. Wish they and Air India improve a lot

Worst service. I went there just to extend my ticket, but they are not aware of the process. Called Toll free number they helped me with online extension and ask to make payment here, Second time there system were not working. I have to visit three time for a service that other carrier provide easily.

The building looks old from outside and may not present you the grandeur of a big office, the interiors may not be appealing, but there are three counters which offer you assistance and the staff is polite and with a helpful attitude. If you are planning to book LTC tickets i recommend visit this office and take a ticket from here.

Slow workers. No working atm near by and too much traffic

A gloomy atmosphere inside the office. Office is overstaffed with scant regard for customers. Do not expect any helping answers from dealing staff. They will answer only the things for which they are tasked for the day. Overall there website is more friendlier than this place.

Service is ok. But they should renovate now. Their office decor is like late 90s. Parking is not available for 4 wheelers.

Website doesnt mention 1 to 2 pm lunch break. They have so much staff.. I dont understand why they cant take turns for their lunch break to provide continuous service. Firstly 1 to 2 pm break is a bit odd. Secondly, its more like 12:45 to 1:15 because you know.. they need gossip, tea, biscuits and sounf after meal.

Great staff to help u out. the seating may not be all that great but what matters is the warmth wid which the staff attends to all ir issues. the building is pretty old so donot expect any fancy ambience but be rest assured ur concerns will be attended
