Went here for a haircut and balayage highlights - was really happy with the result that I got for a fair price. I was attended to by Andy who continued to give direction through each stage of the process so I knew what it would look like and was able to give my input! Strongly recommend

Good unisex salon providing decent services, while maintaining good levels of hygiene. The environment here was quiet relaxing.Specially i would like to mention here about my hair treatment which i done get it done from Mr Rafi hair stylist. He is professional and good person.My hair was very frizzy and dry i was fed up with it. i went there to do short hair cut. But Rafi suggested me to do some Keratin treatment. And i went for same.Believe me it was just fantastic services. And now i really loved my hair...Thank you so much Studio 11 Salon & Rafi

Had a pedicure, head massage and a body massage. My experience as under :1. A clean and hygienic spa and salon.2. The outstation staff is extremely polite, helpful and customer service oriented.3. The local guys attending need vast improvement in service and attitude.4. Pedicure - Average5. Head massage - could/should have have been a better experience if the time devoted was as stipulated in their blue book. The 30 min massage was concluded in 10 mins. - certainly no value for money spent.6. The body massage was good.To conclude, one cannot help but carry home the impression that the local staff needs vast improvement, especially in their attitude and behaviour with customers.The outstation staff, reception and managerial staff is exemplary.Repeat value : for body spa only. Avoid the salon. Better value for money available all over, with better attitude of attending staff.

Jenny is all rounder her technique of giving massage at times is really makes one feel like you are in heaven. Her behaviour is good . The staff at the front desk are good awesome as they welcome the client with gratitude.About Rafiq bhai no words to say very humble person n gives excellent service. Hey had a relaxing time at Studio 11.A very hygienic salon, with friendly and helpful staff. They actually guide you for choosing the services . My hubby did a manicure & pedicure from jaya and it was really rejuvenating. The technique of they doing waxing is also very nice. The membership they offer is worth going without a doubt as they have many exclusive offers . Overall I can say a nice and affordable salon which we can opt for. Looking forward to experiencing many more services of Studio 11.

Went to Studio 11 Wanorie branch for my sons first haircut and it was done beautifully by Mr. Rafiq. Will definitely recommend this place for childrens haircut. The price is also reasonable.

Enjoyed Pedicure service was taken for 2 of us. Would like to share the experience for both of them. 1 pedicure service was dam extremely well and enjoyed it. Done very systematically and covered up my leg as described in the start of the treatment by Jaya. Would surely rate her 5 star for the service. 1 pedicure service wasn’t done well. The individual wasn’t very organised plus skipped one or two steps in the process. Cleaned the heel well post multiple request of the customer while didn’t wanna do it from her end. Surely can do a better job.

My friend Shalini from Sacred town asked me to visit here and she said that the services are good but maybe she tried some different services becuase I did not have a very good experience at all.

Kshama gave me a splendid Mani pedi with a destressing massage as well. It smelt heavenly, the electric massage chairs added to the experience and the water jets made me enjoy it even more. They even got me handmade chai as I do not like the machine one. How sweet! Wella Shampoo, conditioner and blow dry by Rafi was good as well. Umesh from the front of the house has always been polite, hospitable and courteous! Thanks guys!

I must admit that my expectation of getting excellent services is disappointing. No doubt the ambiance is perfect, staff at the front desk are very polite, the place needs more trained and committed service staff especially for facials when they are charging a neat amount.

Bad experience had done hair cut but very very disappointed as style chopped my hair very very short hair length got very short where as I informed to maintain length. I just wanna give half star but thats not in option.
