Really good place to get your nails done. The quality is excellent and the service is great. Had a very nice experience and will surely be back for more. Plus they have parking space and it’s very convenient to find them. The staff is courteous and very helpful and creative. They have amazing variety. I can easily label this as the best nail salon in Baner/ Aundh.

Its a beautiful place with very friendly staff. They have male female both as staff and all of them are purely professional. If you had a hectic day u must visit this place. I loved the nail extensions here and the technicians were great. When I went get them removed, my experience wasnt so good. They started off my clipping the nails which was fine. But they over used the e-filer and then the buffing. Further it was done in an uneven manner. The nails of my left hand were fine but the right now were terrible. I could almost see through them. The next few days it was so painful. This was in December and my nails are still growing back cuz of the extra buffing and filing the nails were too brittle. I also had to remove the gel nail polish from my toes. I thought they would use cotton balls with acetone and wrap them in foil but theu used the e-filer isnted. Reason: the former is time consuming. The technicians were good at extensions but terrible at removing them. So disappointing.

My first experience wasnt a great one, however a second recent experience has been nothing short of happiness & pampering all the way. Sometimes an experience is individual based, like how a rotten apple can spoil all in a basket, and once you remove that... youve a good basket.So I take back my first experience and can really vouch for Coco nails now. Theyve nice experienced staff who know their job well. The owner is really friendly and gives you ample of ideas and options. They are maintaining all sanitization standards. My fav nail spa in pune !!! Work is so neat and detailed . I usually do lot on my nails from chrome to studs to stickers. You name the art and they would do it for you !! I never sticked to a particular nail salon before . But since over a year this is my go to place. I was in Pune for a few months and needed acrylic extensions. I came across Coco nails on google. They did a fantastic job of fixing my old acrylic nails (which was a shoddy job done at another place in Aundh). Prerna and Somnath did my whole set and were very quick and professional. The manicure and pedicure (massaging) was really good. I appreciate the effort by the massage girls but it took about 4.5 hrs to get it done. Way too much time despite being assured that it wouldnt exceed 2hrs ( I had a flight to catch that evening). Even more disappointing was the nail paint quality used? Gel paint came out very easily after a week as against my usual experience.Cost rupees 3,150/-

Coco Nail is a great place. Nail art is one of the trends going on these days and we have many places but I personally feel that Coco nails are the best. They also have lovely facial. I got my facial done and it felt like I was in heaven when my facial was getting done. They use such good products that one facial had reduced lot of brown spots on my face and wrinkles seems to be not so visible. I would recommend every one to go visit and experience the best services they provide.

The service was exceptional and so personal. And I must say one of the rare places for nails where there was no stress cause of the seats or the seating position. They have really made ME time as a pleasurable experience.

Not a good experience. Got my nail extension done but they very frequently came out and my original nails turned black. No answers and no solutions provided. Removal of nails was worst. Everything was taken lightly.The staff just kept chatting with each other all the time. Was charged for every small thing. No value for money.

I feel its not worth the money. Ideas and gestures are good, but not every staff is efficient. Did nail extension and Chrome art, not satisfied. One guy did it well the other was not at all proficient. Not happy with the service when i m paying the full money but getting only one hand with a beautiful finish whereas the other nails looks shabby... Not sure will visit again.

I must say that I got the exact nail I was dreaming for and thanks Aarti and the coco team to make it happen.. These people are very unprofessional...I had a bad 1.5hrs of my day...and very proudly says it will just take 30mins only...they are very loud...there is no feel of nail spa even...they suggest you things and then additionally put on the charges without telling that it is going to charge this this amount. They shifted me once between 3 people.They are only not sure which nail colours are good and suggest something random. This was the most disappointing nail spa I have ever had. I would not suggest to my friends.
