This society is huge and very well maintained. The homes are spacious with no water or power cuts. The location is very good, lots of trees and nice cool breeze from evening. Every home gets adequate sunshine and fresh air. The amenities are sufficient, you get swimming pool, gym, jogging track, badminton court, amphitheater etc. The internal roads are in good condition, and premises is clean.

Megapolis is one the decent places in Hinjewadi. If you are lucky you can get a mountain facing room. From shops to transport ,you wont face any issue here.

I lived there for almost two years. Great place to live. Security, management, amenities, environment etc. all just superb. Its very near to Megapolis circle also so good if you want to go out. However, society is very large and having I think around 24/25 wing. Dont know after lockdown but before lockdown it was like lively atmosphere over there. even at 12:30 you can find someone who is walking down the road.

Construction quality is not the best - STP water quality - less said the better, no green initiative taken as promised, leaks observed in parking areas below pool, cracks visible in apartment interior walls. Some unknown brand of electrical fitting used. thankfully the dependency on water tankers is not there anymore. Lot of construction activities still in progress nearby causing Pollution. Good point - play area design

I would love to mention these points:)1. Homes are really spacious and well designed.2. The atmosphere is completely filled with some sort of enthusiasm that even the most boring fellows get up and be energetic all day.3. Parking space is allotted to each and everyone and its more than sufficient to park a car and a bike.4. Security is really good and for those who wishes to come in without permission, you would be facing a real difficult time.

This is an amazing place to live if you have office nearby, however there are few restrictions like your guests can not enter in society after 10pm if you are a tenant, otherwise its nice and peaceful. and shops for all your basic needs are here.

The society is good for family as they organise events on festival. Security staff is not that much supportive if you have visitors they will not allow to enter until and unless you were there to escort them. Parking space is good. Playground for kids, garden area, walking track. 14 floor buildings have Wonderful view.

This place is good. Specially the security guard they are well doing work. They will never allow you to enter without showing ID card. I like the space for parking and cleaning of outer area of flats. It has a beautiful swimming pool and children park in center of society.

Stayed here for 4 years on rent. Bus stop , market is very near from this society as compared to other megapolis societies. Amenities are well maintained. Flats are spacious. Security is also best as far as all megalolis societies are concerned.

The whole township megapolis is the largest township in Hinjewadi area of pune. The first society is the splendor, which is near to the main markets here, the fountain market. The society is quite clean and all the amenities are their as general to the other societies. Walking distance from the company TCS.

I’m staying in this society from almost 2 years and it’s the best one. Pros are natural air, beautiful view, easy public transport available, beside super market, strict gate policy to make this place safer.

Even passport verification requires less documents than entry in this place. Very strict society.On the better side, many engineers from Hinjewadi IT companies live here. So security is also one of the concerns and they’re doing good. Other facilities like sport courts and swimming pool are also there.Parking is ample.House rent is very low as compared to main Pune city.

Its a very good society having all the basic amenities. You can find gym, swimming pool, club house, mini park for children etc inside the society here. Maintenance is also good . A good place for family. Its also surrounded by restaurants, tiffin centres, Vegetables & Groceries shops. But many rules are there which makes it difficult for bachelors. Access card is mandatory when you are going into the society. There is so much partiality between owners and tenants. In flat , quality of walls and paint is not that much great.

Paid jail.bad infrastructure. disaster waiting to happen. First time in the country. only difference is that owners pay lakhs for availing this facility whereas tenants pay thousands . But same treatment is vetted out to owners and tenants alike. rude management and security staff. complete bias against residents. the developer will never form society. advice societies in phase 2 or EON homes rather than this anti social hub

Its a great housing complex. The rooms are spacious and the built-up is quite modern too. Each flat is equipped with an intercom. Buses to Katraj, Swargate, Pune stations are available at regular intervals. The complex is in close proximity to corporate offices like TCS and Infosys. As a result, most of the flats are occupied by employees of these companies on rental basis. The rent for a 3 BHK flat is approximately Rs. 24,000.

I had been at this society near about 2 years when I was in Infosys. Is society is much better than other societies in hinjewadi phase 3 . The flats are quite large enough to your peace mind and to your activity. There are swimming pool garden all things inside the society. The security is too high. Sometime the security person will eat your head if you do not have real identity and the purpose that why are you going inside .

This project is very bad in construction quality. I have stayed here for 2 year, the walls are damped due to shippage. Infact society maintainence people are so ignorant that they do not do anything even if the pop start falling,, Very disgusting experience

This is a good place to be but there are certain restrictions for tenants which you need to be aware of like:1. They dont allow outsiders to enter inside the premises after 8 PM for that you will have to take prior approval from your owner.2. You will have to show the card every time you need to enter inside the premise.3. Facilities such as swimming pools/ games/ gyms are offered at odd hours for tenants which they will hardly be able to use here so no point of getting fascinated over that.
