No social distancing being practiced. Taken a appointment at 3pm, told a 1& a half hour waiting but had to wait till 7pm to get the MRI started.

Reception experience at MRI section is very very bad. Explanation about payment method and payment is very rudely, doctor and reception payment difference is huge. Very bad overall experience.

Had a very horrible experience at this place, mri facility in sancheti.Needed contrast MRI of right forearm and they inserted catheter in wrong arm. Pathetic service and the staffs doesn’t cooperate well. We waited for 4 hours, and after that they inserted catheter for 45 mins then while going in the screening room the doctor says catheter was inserted in wrong arm.

Pathetic service... you will never get your number on time and instead you will have to wait 4 to 6 hours.Second, they do not care you have come long way and due to there ignorance you lose doctors appointment.They will keep making laugh you you evenVery bad customer experience

Waiting period is too long 1 hour plus is what i felt even after an appointment...

Horrible experience at the MRI facility in Sancheti Hospoital... Took me 7 hours to get the MRI done.. Would sugggest take MRI somewhere else and take the report for consultation to the Drs there..All the facilities are over crowded and take min 2 hrs to get done..

My experience was OK, the reception staff and the support staff boys who help with stretcher and wheel chair are great but the nurses here need to be a little more considerate and understanding because for them this maybe an everyday job but for us it is a harrowing time especially when it is for your child. Could have been a smoother process if procedures were explained in advance.

Great staff and attention to detail by all the staff. We went for MRI scan but service, needs of patient were understood swiftly by staff. Special thanks to Nasir at the center. My mom was very happy with everything.

Next part, all our tests were done, after two days we received our reports.Well, no one to listen to your query or anybody whom you can show the reports and consult further!Dr. Deepti Gynac saw my Mothers report and suggested to show urgently to an oncologist before that she said in sonography it shows some lesion so go for MRI with contrast of pelvis , do it in NM only and show me.she said we will understand the size of cyst and also what kind of cyst it is like normal or cancerous?It costed us 10k and we showed the reports to her on that she only said in report it says we are not sure if the cyst is normal or not so better u go to some cancer specialist like oncologist and all!What non sense then why did you even asked for tests and all if u cant know the problem... It was a time waste now we are showing the reports and specialist doctors have given us more other tests to do.Very bad experience.

As good as any other hospital. Nothing special but what I found is that the waiting list is wayyyy too long. You are promised to wait for 1 to 1.5 hours but the wait goes beyond 2 hours.

I found 8 o clock in moring for ask mri for residents of old age home. We arived in hospital at 11 o clock we only have to wait for short time for the scan to be done report will be an hour. Very friendly efficient staff.

One of the worst diagnosis centre. They dont value patients time. They took 05:30 hours for MRI scan. They take payment first and then you have to wait for more than 5 hours. For most of the cases, the add extra tests and increase money. My suggestion: PLEASE VISIT NEARBY SCANNING CENTRE. ONE CAN SAVE TIME AND MONEY.

Pros: 1)Imaging is good ,2 )radiologist doctors who do interpretation of MRI and MRA is also good.3) staff is accomodating and ambiance is good.Cons: But cost of the test as compared to others 3T MRI centers is higher and no discounts is offered even for regular customers. Everytime I did MRI of brain with pre and post contrast study along MRA for my father it cost 18K+ and no discounts offered.
