A beautiful place with lovely people and an extraordinary trainers/ massagers.Had a very relaxing and peaceful couple massage.Definitely its going to be a regular visit here for my massage.

Spa was good, ambience was ok, the couple spa option is wat i had chosen and it was done with pure authenticity and timing after which the highlight was the bath - hot water, good toiletries. Just the massage techniques could have been better

Have been a regular visitor at this SPA for the last 8 months.Natures SPA is a very professional SPA offering a variety of therapeutic massages.The staff at the SPA are well trained and courteous.SPA is always maintained in a clean and hygienic condition. The therapy rooms are of good size and the shower areas are well appointed.Taking prior appointment is recommended.Special mention for therapist Ms Benjong who is a very skilled professional. Recommend the Balinese and the Hot stone massages.The membership packages offered by the SPA are very attractive.Surely a recommended SPA

Bad therapist. Winded up the 60 minute massage in 45 minutes. I complained to the management but did not get any response from them. Seems like they really dont care. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Lost its touch almost entirely, dont go,at least I wontI have been a spa freak for many years. I was delighted when this spa opened so close to my house. Had been here about 1 year back and had liked its service, ambience and the staff. The place was hygienic, well kept and apart from the issue of noise from a next door restaurants staff there wasnt much to complain. I went again today and boy, how the mighty have fallen.Lets start with the positives, the staff took my appointment change well and didnt complain when I was 20mins late for it too. Secondly they said goodbye and thank you nicely. Thats about it for the positives.While not entirely to its discredit, there are big slip ups occurring, and if the owner doesnt step up to the plate and pay attention it wont be functional let alone profitable anymore. A spa is known for discreet and polite service what makes an average spa into a great one is three things, a good staff, especially the masseuse and attitude, support services and attention to detail and third, upkeep and maintenance. Sadly all 3 lacked, for me. The first thing I noticed was the lacklustre welcome ..receptionist was rather preoccupied with a matter of some missing money front he cash box and was discussion this with the other staff member ..she didnt ignore me but this is not a matter to be discussed confront of clients kills your impression from the go..second , I had to ask for water, i was late as i couldnt find parking for half an hour, the receptionist was insensitive to this info. When the water came, promptly, but shabbily. They use these copper tumblers this one wasnt polished in days and the tray was in tatters...no one seemed to notice but me. Next was the introduction to the critical person due to who my review is so detailed and alarming.The massuese, a curt, blunt girl, lacking politeness in immense proptions, with a habit of barging in and out of doors, not explaining much, not answering much probably due to the mouth of pan supari she was munching . I know this spa usually washes the clients feet before treatment, but she didnt do this. She just asked me to proceed to the massage table and used a wet napkin or tissue to dab my feet after I was lying face down.. experience kill 2.The massage itself was ok. Nothing close to to the fantastic experience I had the last time.it was at best perfunctory and at intervals rushed and not very memorable. The most surprising thing is she didnt ask me ofnthe pressure was ok, didnt seem bothered by the fact that I was a paying customer and was here for some reason that i needed to relax etc..she was not rude but had the attitude totally lacking of a spa therapist. Far from it. I suspect she we either too new or was on her notice period so she just wanted to get away from it and couldnt be bothered to care. However in hindsight its not just her, everyone there was like this, top to bottom perhaps they know its closing down or somethingTotal let down of what I expected. The whole time I kept thinking and drawing parralels of my last visit a d how good that masseuse was and was regretting not asking or for the same massuese if she was still there that is. There was this general feeling of unhappiness..not what u want from a spa.Anyway, next was the shower room. Now let me tell you that one of the plus points of this place is a skylit kind of shower area. However it has also suffered shabbily now. The walls are muddy, the drainage area was not squeaky clean like last time, and a few other minor details were off. Adding to buzzkill # 3.After my shower I was offered a green tea, the masseuse gave it to me and went away with not as much as a enjoy or cone again or hope u liked it, but I didnt expect anything for her anymore on those lines.As I was leaving the girl at the counter, some other disenchanted masseuse, not the receptionist who had disappeared, loudly and chirpily thanked me..for leaving I suppose??. I agree, I couldnt be happier to be done with it..tch,tch

Ambience,cleanliness and well trained staff is good but service is not worth the rates..Stating 75 mints and giving service only 45 mints is not upto the mark..Mentioned time in the offer should be given.

The Advt said 60 mins massage but the masseuse wrapped it up in 30 mins. When I complained, they did not have the courtesy to apologize even.

I visited on 27 jan ... it was very ill organised. Had to wait for 50 mins .. even I booked on time other people’s given number prior to me even they came late ... had wait in between service too .. pathetic service.. wont recommend to anyone... thirdclass service false commitment ... arrogant receptionist

We have visited to your nature spa on 10th June Sunday to avail the treatment at 7:30 pm under the name of kinley for four people, so we are happy with services. But on 13th June wed I realized that I left my necklace in your spa on that day ,which was removed by therapist herself as uncomfortable for her to do treatment. So I went there on that day itself to check with them so they told us they will call us but I havent got any information till now . It was very disappointing since nobody take any reaction for my lost . I hope this comment will improve in future .

Some memories are live , having been to this place and have created a live memory, Swedish massage, and signature therapy is like no other spa in pune, and the hammam is on my to-do list :)
