Good service...

Recommend everyone to visit this place. Great hospitality. All their staff are friendly and treat the customers well. Taste of the food was quite good as well as the ambiance. I have been here twice and will keep visiting. This is one of my favourite place now. You can also organise a party or a family get-together at this place.

Zanzibar is located inside “The Central Park Hotel” Bund Garden Pune. So don’t look for it anywhere outside. First look feels like a decent pub to hang out with friends and family members. A very warm welcome indeed what is required to enjoy the rest of your evening. Had a great time. The food was good and portions too were great. One of the worst place to go, if you are looking for a dinner. Food was cold, staff didnt know what was being on the menu, everything was chefs choice. When we had confronted about food being cold and what was on menu not being available, one of the waiter told us that he will waive off charges but food what is available on the table is what you get. Most of the food was stale, all sweet dishes were stale and smelling,

Went for this place for a change and was not disappointed at all. The ambience is good, the food is good. To enjoy the food go a little early and take the buffet along with the unmilted alcohol offer!

Their new manager Ajay needs lot of management skills...wasted my 2 hours for his stupid discussion for a party which could have been done over the phone
