All you cheese cake lovers out there, you cannot miss this place. The best cheese cake I have had so far was here. The ingredients, texture, taste and plating was just perfect. Chicken wings were finely cooked and had an amazing amalgamation of sweet and spicy flavour. It literally was finger licking goood. 😋 Polo forza chicken pizza wasnt bad but it could have been better. However, I liked the medium crust, neither too thick nor too thin. And yes the staff is courteous and friendly. So it deserves 4.5 stars but the cheese cake bagged that extra 0.5 star 🤓

A great place to enjoy your time with friends or family.Options from bar menu, have a good range of pizzas, the staff is really helpful, serve is quick we waited not more than 15 mins and we had our pizzas, they have a outdoor sitting also. Im not sure if its every day but we went on Friday night and they have live band and it was kind of fun. Good start of weekend. Ill recommend this place..

Amazing pizza and the most amazing cheesecake. On a rainy afternoon, get a table in the outdoor garden. Its a lovely place to sit and relax. On a trip of 4 days, I went there twice only because I loved the pizza and the cheesecake.

Walking through the Phoenix mall one cannot miss the grand entrance of this restaurant, the wall of which is covered by various sports equipment. The place is just too lovely and the ambience is really great. They have two options where one can choose to sit inside or they have another option where one can choose to sit outside with tent like setting made too have the feel of picnic. We choose to go with the tent setting and they served here the food in picnic basket. We had wada pav and misal pav here, an odd choice in such a place but we thought it might be different. Misal was not that great, wada pav was served with pizza base instead of pav and was good. The service is excellent and they really take good care of the customer. The only drawback was that the food was a bit expensive and serving quantity is a bit less.

This is a lovely little eatery and café to stop on a busy shopping trip at Phoenix Mall. Although I knew they had tempting things to eat, certainly at a neighboring table, all I wanted the day I came was a ginger ale so I could do some work at my table and wait for friends to emerge from a movie.I was thrilled to see several points to plug in -- a challenge at many cafés. It was also delightfully open on the mall, very pleasant to watch passers-by come and go from time to time.Service was outstanding, and I know Ill be back again.

Located in one of most visited Pune mall , Phoenix. Good enough space and family eat out. Not too many choices in menu but all traditional and well know Starters and pizza options are available. Limited liquor menu and Beer menu is too short.All in all not a bad place to hangout but won’t say a value for money. With the aptly location and little tweaks on menu this Restro can do lot better especially with amazing and energetic staff they have its very much possible.

They have separate picnic styled theme cutlery where all foods are served in disposable plates.From the menu, we choose to have basket for two. We had chicken wings for starters which was excellent. We had a 14 forza pizza, fresh lime soda, Chocolate ice cream, and red mulled wine. Pizza was light and tasty. If you are fed up of all those heavy crust cheese burst pizza served at dominos and pizza hut which spoils the whole essence of pizza, then you will definitely like it here. Mulled wine was excellent and best thing we had from all the things we ordered.Staff behaviour was excellent. Food was served by one of the staff named Harsha. She as well as Zeeshan was extremely polite and made extra effort to make us feel comfortable.Price is bit on the higher side, but the ambience, food and the way they greet their customers definitely makes it a place to try out for.Overall, I will definitely recommend this place if you are residing near this area and looking for a place to celebrate special occasion.

The best pizza in town.. !Helpful and friendly staff !This was the first time I had tasted pizza from pizza express... and we loved it... I travel a lot and at times pizzas are the safest and best options of source of food...Pizza expresss pizza is the first pizza I have tasted in India that is as close to athletic Italian pizza as one can get in India...Unlike other pizzas places across India where quantity of topoings is prioritise and quality of the base or the topping is forgotten.. I believe pizza express has tried its best to improve quality of the base and the balance the topping quantity....Do try it.. and they are running a promotion right now get a pizza (-+18)and a drink ( beer or cocktail) for just 250 bucks...We had a wonderful time there, the staff gave us some extra attention since we were dining out with our 8 months old child... (One of the perks of new born babies) and they took some extra effort to explain us the new pizzas express concept with the Poona project.. ( well thats where I am finding them doing the gamble naming the place Pooja project.. and not pizzas express despite having present all across India )Anyways I wish them all the best....

Nice small family joint to sit and enjoy pizzas and drinks. The 14 inch pizza is big enough for two people. But the catch is that it will be enough only if youre not too hungry and have a regular appetite.

Firstly the ambience... The cabana sitting is awesome. You feel like visiting a park and having lunch with your family or even a date.The Italian menu is nice.Pizza was good. But for me star of the day was Orange fest mocktail and Respberry gelato

With 12% compulsory service charge, they are not serving drinking water even. You have to buy 150Rs water bottle. Service and food quality has gone down. I wont recommend this place now.It was amazing before, when management was with Poona Project. Host used to be very good and used check with guests for feed back about food and service. Even they were happy to change the dish if it was not upto our expectation.Now with PizaaExpress management, everything has gone bad. Very disappointed 😞 😔 😕

A good restaurant to have great Italian food. Their picnic menu is fabulous. Pizzas are truly exotic, filled with fresh produce, not at all heavy on stomach. Starters are equally good, huge variety to choose from for both veg and non veg. We had chocolate cheesecake for dessert, oh wow ... Awesome taste... Overall best place, highly recommended. If you are a group, best is to take the picnic menu... Value for money.

If you want to try a real Italian pizza come here but you need to know that the Italian pizza is soft and not crusty. I tried the bufala mozzarella pizza and was very good. Im Italian and I live in the city of Naples where the pizza born. In our city there are almost 20000 pizzeria that make pizza. This restaurant could be one of them. Well done!!!!

I was in Pune last week and visited this place twice. I love pizzas , I mean who doesnt, but this place takes your pizza eating experience to a whole new level. I was full when I visited for the first time yet I ate again (surprisingly). Ambience and people serving are great too. Must visit.

I have been a loyal Pizza Express customer ever since I found it in mumbai, they are perfect in every way - the ambience the pizza is awesome.Poona Project in Pune is pretty opposite to this. The service is pathetically lousy, the pizza is good and I will give an honest opinion. I went there with my friend and the waiters were looking high. I kid you not they were under some substance. They had this severely irritating guitarist who didnt know how to sing - performing at his top of his throat. They made me wait for my seat in an empty restaurant and when I come back, they had given away my table to someone else.I am thoroughly disappointed. Everyone I have met in Pune, I have given a positive review about this restaurant but I shall ensure 0 word from my side to my family and friends. Also I will go beyond my limits and strongly discourage other people as well to opt for this ridiculously expensive and 0 worth - used to be a good pizza place.Requesting Google to introduce negative rating soon.

The Poona Project is an expensive Italian restaurant that has recently opened up in the much happening Phoenix Marketcity. It doesnt have a lot of space to sit inside but has quite a few cabanas outside. Youll like their decor for sure, however Im not so sure about their pizzas which although tastes okay, does do enough justice with its pricing.

Hi! This was the first time I visited the restaurant. The food was amazing. The ambience is like an authentic pizza place. The staff is courteous, friendly and know the whole menu in and out. Mr Raman, who served us gave us very good recommendations, the dishes turned out to be delicious. We ordered a chicken pizza, a veg pizza, white sauce pasta and a chicken tandoori sandwich.The pesto chicken pizza was delicious. Thin crust with pieces of chicken tikka. The pizza had a smokey taste which added to the flavour of the pizza. The cheese was not dominating the flavour of the other ingredients, perfectly balanced. It is sufficient for 2 people. It is a must try. The best dish of the day.The veg pizza was also very nice. Vey tasty. Even after having so much, your stomach wants more. Pizzas are available in two sizes- 11 inches and 14 inches.The chicken tandoori sandwich was also amazing. Everything you can expect from a perfect sandwich. Chicken cooked to perfection, perfect amount of vegetables.The pasta was a little bland. Would have liked a little more flavour in the pasta.The prices are reasonable.The other dishes on the menu made my mouth water.The over all experience was amazing. I would definitely come back for more.

Ordered pasta and pizza. Both tasted horrible. They took 20mins to bring Budweiser !! Very poor service and Italian is pathetic.

Horrible Experience. We took a table at 08 & to begin with ordered a quinoa & avocado sandwich. After waiting for 10 minutes the steward approached us to inform that quinoa sandwich is not available. We never mind and ordered for another sandwich. While the sandwich was served to us after 35 minutes we were also informed at the same time that avocado sandwich is also not available. Cmon why would a family come out to eat, to eat together! You are serving us while informing other order is not available. Ridiculous. By this time it was already 01 hour that we are siting like idiots in this restaurant where all the personnel had sorry face but no alternatives to give. Then blaming out starts we ordered for a chicken burger, No thats also not available cmon guys better shut the restaurant when half of the items in menu are not available. We then feeing helpless ordered for a pesto pasta and begin to wait. The manager came to apologise and assured that he would be sending the pasta quickly but the wait for pasta continued. We finally gave up and walked to the cashiers to prepare our bills. Billing again had issues things like quinoa sandwich was punched in. We asked to rectify the bills & were told by the same gentleman that bill is on them and we dont have to pay & this is exactly the attitude problem people have that they believe that by not charging a customer they can get away with a poor service experience. We paid for the cold sandwich and the drinks we ordered as we never planned for a comp dinner anyways. Zero value for we paid. The senior manager available at the restaurant didnt have the courtesy to even come and apologise, later they came running with the packed pasta which didnt make sense for us. All in all pathetic experience, neither going back nor would recommend anyone. Major service issue & poor guest handling skills.
