Located in White square building (Vijay Sales) in Hinjewadi Phase 1 on 2nd floor. Parking for four wheelers is outside along side road, which is free or inside underground parking but Rs 30 payable at gate.Ambience is good. It has seating inside or open alongside balcony. Plenty of seating area. The reception is quite active and got us seat immediately. We chose alongside balcony.Coming to food, its a little overpriced but good in taste. Ordered chicken Peshawari tikka, which was quite delicious and soft. Also ordered, murg mussalam which was well cooked and good in quantity. Garlic naan was prepared perfectly and not to be missed here. Overall the quantity of food served is good.Service is excellent and staff is very active. They also honor the booking and discounts which is promised on different apps.Recommended for family or friends outing.

When it comes to food, the quality and quantity is great over here but the quality of service is not that great. we waited for a long long time for our order. we had to remind them so many times about the same. staff didnt even knew that the food items on the menu are available or not. heavily disappointed.

We just returned from Spice factory. Bad experience . On entry itself had mentioned that we had a dineout discount.Pros :Ambience is ok. For those who drink, good.Cons :Vegetarian and non drinker very poor quality of food.Ordered honey chilli potato which had hardly any taste. Same went with harvest supreme sizzler. For the price they charge, they dont know how the above are made.Then we ordered 2 mocktails, which were just average.There are mosquitoes due to the open portion. No fan provision. Wonder how during summers , people can sit here.Most important part now. Despite telling them in advance when the person got the bill, 50% discount was applied only on food bill and not on mocktails.They had wrongly billed mineral water which they reduced when pointed out.When i asked him for pin to be put in dineout passport , the attendant said not to put pin as the bill has got generated. Else 55% discount would have been applied.  This is plain cheating and despite informing and checking with them.Not at all value for money and poor taste

The food was good, but the quantity was not as expected. The service wasnt good. Had to tell same thing to the waiter for about 3 times, also the after the order the food used to come very late. Ambience is amazing. The DJ was fine. Please make sure you provide good service and dont make the customer ask for same thing thrice.

Open seating, fresh air, loud enough music. The place has a really good vibe and is good for couples or big groups. The food was very good. We ordered Peri fries, masala peanuts , a sizzler and a Pizza. The pizza definitely won more point. All in all 4 stars. Can improve on ambience, some people may find the music too loud and the lights too dim.

Horrible experience!!!We reached here at 9 PM, the restaurant staff didnt warn us about the closing timing at 10. We ordered food around 9.20 PM eventually getting the order by 9.30 PM. Around 9.45, the staff started telling us to eat fast, wrap it up fast claiming that its the closing time. Around 10 the fuss was about getting the bill paid asap as if we were gonna run away without paying. At 10.05 the staff switched off the light on our table. Thats such an insult for the customer. We actually were pushed/kicked out of the restaurant. Such a bad experience when you pay so much for the food and drinks. Totally not worth it.

My go to place for Delicious food,amazing ambience and good service.

1. Parking is an issue especially on the weekends, if the in campus parking is full, outside street is the only way to go.2. The ambiance overall is good. Outside seating is a good experience. A little dark in the evning.3. Noisy if visited on weekend evenings, as there is a dance floor just above you if you are seated outside.4. The food overall is good but nothing to write home about, Seriously let down by the high price to low quantity ratio and overall lack of choice.5. The mocktails/cocktails are good.6. I again come with my friend (girl) and we got entertained.. this is very pathetic...Spice Factory should have entry board saying without girls we dont serve...

Great Ambiance and really Tasty food.Paneer tikka was really tasty. I highly recommend this. This place took care of Hygiene and Cleanliness. Tables are cleaned with sanitizing spray. Water is served with disposable glass. Packaged drinking water is served.

Everything was good... atmosphere,Food, but one bad incident made me to put 1 star.... Today got burns on hands shoulder and head by short circuit in dance floor.....One of the fans got fire and all the plastic drops were on me... Since they did immediate fire safety management but there was no first aid kit available nor they know what to do in this situation....so I went home with the burns and no first response care... I wish and advise them to do first aid course to all employees and please make sure if in case this kind of accident occurs dont leave your customers unattended and without first aid

Found the starters and the main course to be OK. We liked the white sauce pasta.The service was prompt but they didnt have chilled water so we had to use ice cubes.The place seemed to be a little heavy on the pocket.

Spice Factory is one of the finest restaurant in Hinjewadi area.Its a rooftop theme restaurant.Taste of the food was fabulous.Quality and quantity both was good.Ambience is also nice.Service was also quick.We visited the restaurant for lunch so lights and fountains were not on. These lights and fountains creates great atmosphere in the evening.They also have offers in the restaurant as well as on various food apps.Overall it was nice experience to have in Spice Factory.

Pretty cool vibe. It has huge waiting line on weekends,almost around 1-2 hours but you can use the Dance floor meanwhile on the first floor and have fun with your buddies when comes to food the service is slow due to rush. They have less menu to serve for vegetarians and the quantity of pasta is also very less according to money but when asked about the same they changed our order so all in all happy with the place.

Worst dining experience. We reached the restaurant at 9 pm. We were told at 9:45 pm that the restaurant will be closed at 10 pm. We werent constantly told that the restaurant will be closed in another 15 mins, 10 mins. The lights were turned off while we were eating and drinking. And then we were pushed to pay the bill amount constantly, despite being busy on a call (as if we will run away without paying money).

Was there for dining and ordered food from there too. Both the time experience was not good. Food is not upto the mark as per pricing and portion size is also less. Taste is good but overall experience made everything bad. Never ever will visit or order form the restaurant again. Please dont get influenced by the ambiance and photos. Nothing promising there. Really disappointed with the staff members.Not at all professional in any way. I have been there with my family with a small child and the staff members were treating us so differently as if they want us to leave as soon as possible. Many of the staff were looking at us. No greeting for water, spoon, tissues..everything we were asking and they were sending it after a delay. Worst was when they served the finger bowl before our food was finished.It was a birthday eve and they have spoiled it completely..Management should replace there unprofessional staffs.very disappointed and rating it 1 star.

Let me start with ambeince it 5 out 5, especially the outside covered area it is very breeze. For food it will be for taste it will 3 out 5 as it took good amount of time to reach my table. One suggestion to owner to remove service charge from the bill . Now restaurant are not charging service charge in bill. The summary is good place to drink but for food you may have to wait.

I went there on a weekday Monday, I had a reservation which I took from dine out.As I entered spice factory there is beautiful decor of small jars kept of spices which illuminates their brand name.The front desk staff was courteous. The slow service that everyone was talking about can but quite visible. The food is quick and greatThey have an 1+1 drinks offer running which gives you a light pocketed extra drink. AMBIENCE is amazing (roof top).All in all a great time spend.Try honey chili potatoes.
