Booked a deluxe, highway facing room.Rooms really dont justify the cost, they are tiny and feel like those 3 star rooms. Food and ambience was good!

Atmosphere of Hotel is good but staff behavior and cleanliness is poor. Food experience is not satisfying your taste measure.parking location is outside vehicle got dirty recommended go with taxi or public transport for restaurant visitors.

Great food and great ambiance at the poolside restuarant made our engagement anniversary celebration absolutely memorable.Special thanks to Prakash from the team for suggesting mouth watering delicacies right from soup n starters to main course and desserts.Thanks a lot! Will surely visit again!!!

Pretty okay hotel. Nothing special. Food is really expensive and is not good. These guys own barbecue nation and yet the food delivered to the rooms is not that good.A 2-3 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star.

I have stayed in this hotel for 15 daysRoom service excellentStaff behaviour excellentFood quality and taste not good in buffet.Also major difference is noticed in food served in two restaurants in buffet. I have tasted same food item in buffet which I found tasteless while same ordered in my room found good taste. I have done this for many different food items and results were same.Conclusion : Food served in buffet intentionally cooked inferior in taste as you can have unlimited items in fixed single amount of money.This is not expected from Sayaji

Rooms were excellent; almost to the 5-star level. team was taking care of hygiene. Excellent service in restaurant.Only problem was with few food items in breakfast. Everything was good in taste but Croissants and other bakery items were tasteless.I am a very big fan of french breakfast items, but last time found it tasty in Novotel.

The rooms are good and with many new features,respectful staff,good brekfast just the servicing is slow and time taking.Overall ok but not as worthy as the money

The rooms in the hotel are pretty good and spacious. The housekeeping services are very good and they do a good job of cleaning the room and replacing the used toiletries.The hotel staff is courteous and polite, and they resolve all the issues promptly.They have good options for the breakfast buffet however most of the options are repeated daily.Not rating it 5 stars as the room smelled of Cigarettes and Alcohol when we entered it the first time however the room was changed before we needed to ask for it. However I would also blame the previous guest who stayed in the room for the smoke smell since the floor clearly had a Non-smoking sign on it.Also the room dining services is very slow and it takes minimum 30mins to even deliver something as simple as tea.Overall the hotel is worth staying.

Great Staff. I was helped by Shankar Kumar (I think he is their Kitchen) as well as Uttam Madiwal (Reception) when i needed a cake urgently for my wife. Uttam especially coordinated with me for helping me with online payment, delivering the cake outside just outside the hotel gate as i requested for that. Overall a great experience and would surely visit them soon again. Well done to Sayajis team staff.

Umm.... The entry of the hotel is good but the lobby to sit was not illuminated enough to get the benefits of the ambiance around. We Were there for dinner at the ground floor restaurant.. the buffet arrangements were very good but the table sizes were not enough wise to keep all plates at your touch. Restaurant Staff was supportive and caring and food quality was good too 🙂. Thank you 👍🏻

The food and the hospitality was great as usual.Food was very delicious and awesome.There was good about of variety.We were served by Deepak and was very good.The service provided to us by him and infact each and every staff was very hospitable and friendly.The place and the food both were hygienic.I have visited this place more than 6 to 7 times and all the times my praises werent less.Am fully satisfied with each and every parameter.

Sayaji Hotel is very nice place to stay as it close to Hinjewadi and very close to Mumbai Pune express, room was no that spacious but was neat and clean. Room service was good. Morning breakfast was pretty decent. Overall it was value for money.I Was not provided with Wifi.

They have unlimited buffet, the food was good. They have few options for starter,main course, and desserts but the taste is good for everything I tried. Ambience is Good 4/5, Food is Good 4/5, Cost 3/5 on slightly higher.Veg buffet for Adult is around 700, for children is 450.

It was ok but food was ok but it was taking time for like it was birthday of some one so I told to bring cake and it toke so much time

Though there is an open ground beside the hotel, there should be Parking 🅿️ provision for both Cars 🚗🚘 & scooter 🏍️🛵 inside the hotel. The food served was ok in taste 😋, should have been served a bit hot.☕

Very ordinary...and a little questionable on service. Most of the dial shortcuts dont work, incl In room dining and duty manager. Yeah...had called to point out that the food sent up was cold....but finally gave up!

Sayaji hotel is a perfect place for those who want to spend a budgeted amount and want all the good services.The staff are strictly professional and always up for any kind of help that you need, once you enter their premises.They offer a good level of hospitality and a blend of familiarity in their work according to the requirements can be seen.We have had my sisters wedding and engagement function last month and we were amazed by their facilities and presence to entertain at any time and with anything required.The rooms are very well managed and have a good sense to it. I did a Official event at this place. To be honest the staff was very Polite. The food was amazing. Also Enjoyed the Stay.

Quality went down drastically.Extremely poor service. Cleanliness not maintained. Room up gradation not done . Rusted bathroom curtains. Break fast quality deteriorated. No secured car parking. Bed cover not impeccable. So on .. definitely 3 star category not a 5 star one ...

Service is really pathetic for the price you pay!!Taste wise its alright, however outdoor seating means mosquitos.Order also gets messed up. We ordered roasted papad, instead were served fried.Do make sure you order main course along with starters otherwise be ready to wait hours to get to your meal.

Our stay at Sayaji Hotel Pune was excellent. They have maintained excellent hygiene and really great at service. The housekeeping staff is so humble, welcoming and helpful. Would like to mention here Ms. Sharon and Mr. Shadab in house keeping staff. The ambience is also rejuvenating.

The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. The service and the food is amazing.The staff is really polite and amiable.Only negative point I felt was the property (the room) and the things seems to be old and needs to be repaired. All the plugs were really loose and coming out while putting the mobile and laptop chargers in it.Rest, the breakfast buffet and the service no doubt amazing and it is complete safe for solo traveller.

Its one of the finest places for staying during tough times like covid. Cleanliness rate is high. Staff is cooperative as well. Services do not take much time. Also the prices provided per night for a room could be a bit expensive in case of normal days if there is no covid. But in covid days I preferred staying in Sayaji for my aged parents. Also there are 2 types of rooms grande and premium grande and the difference is just the interior and the flooring lower price has carpet flooring and the other one has wooden floor. Thats the difference.

This place is ideally very good but my experience this time was disappointing. The buffet was having min options, food was not even luke warm and taste also differed than usual

Sayaji is a Great Hotel regarding Service Quality and Hospitality. It may Look a little off from the outside but Dont judge book by its cover. The staff is extremy Polite and will make you feel as if you are most important person when here. The Food is extremely Delicious and of Top most Quality. Also if you are planning for a Wedding or a small event for 100-150 people they house a Beautiful Banquet to meet your needs.

Well in 2021 I cant say Sayaji is a 5* property its a just 2-3* property.... This 3* is just for there cooperative Staff and 9th floor room ... In detail when we enetered in this hotel we not at feel its a 5* hotel.... Not at all maintained.... Then as per our booking we got grande room on 3rd floor which is pathetic very very old bathroom door was totally damanged not even getting closed so we request management to change the room though there is coorparte booking all grande rooms are full so they gave us free upgrade premium grande room on 9th floor which is newly renovated which is good for this really we are thankful for reception staff...Now coming to food Dinner was pathetic no quality for that they charged 800 per person which is not at all worth staff service is good. Breakfast is pretty good.Note : 1. stay if you want quick access to express Highway and you are on work only not suitable for Holiday /relaxing2. If you want to have dinner then rooftop Barbeque Nation is Good option ....

Property is nice... Staff quite lazy and having government like attitude. They would simply try to dodge the issue and abstain from doing what they should be doing.Small requests too need continuous follow-up.If you want to have dinner/lunch at their pool side restaurant, get reservation first. As they would simply not allow guests to enter without reservation.There is one more restaurant, the buffet restaurant. However, they have covered buffet tables with glass keeping small windows. So one has to push their plates inside the window and ask staff for serving. Which, as I said earlier, the lazy staff would take their sweet time.The food was Okayish... Too spicy...Plus point is they include beer in the buffet.!!Overall... Mediocre hotel charging 3 star rate. No Value for Money.

Best hospitality, concern and care for guests, great food, large rooms, reception at each floor for ultra fast and convenient service. This is my experience in 20+ years of touring job spanning many cities and countries.In the first visit, apart from above said, they offered daily drop to Chakan, my work place via an hourly shuttle without additional charge.When I was transferred and stayed for 2 weeks with family, every single day, they cleaned my car. They even offered the exact brand of chocolate flavoured suppliment to mix in milk for each day.Having several wonderful, experience with their Indore branch, this was my first choice for stay in Pune.Now living close to this place, it doesnt make sense to stay there. But still we visit there to have great food at Portico or Barbecue Nation.
