Why is the transmission of DD national and DD news stopped by DD transmission tower from Sinhagadh from August 2020? DD sahyadri has replaced DD national and DD news has been stopped.

The programmes produced by Doordarshan Kendra, Pune telecast from Doordarshan Kendra, Mumbai on Maharashtra Regional Service, Sahyadri Channel. The television programs are in regional language, i.e. Marathi. Centre is well equipped with latest digital equipment in Studio. All the sections are fully computerized with internet/Broadband facilities.

The amphitheater is very nice. I also loved the location. You dont feel you are in Pune. The approach road is like a ghat.

Place is good but Dusty

Awesome place, but really needs some attention from authorities as some of the places are extremely dirty due to dust and dried leaves mainly

We had a industrial visit like thing from the college. Place is good. We learnt a lot about many things.

Amazing structure

Visited this as an Industrial Visit and the staff was super cooperative and explained everything in detail.

Nice and beautiful campus. Also national film archive is located inside the campus new accomadation for faculties of film and television institute is also located there. I didnt went inside the dooradarshan building.

This is the Pune center of Doordarshan (Indias Public Service Broadcaster). It is one of the main content-producing centres in Maharashtra state. The DDK Pune campus is on land owned by the FTII. The facility has state-of-the-art equipment for its activities. The location is very peaceful, just at the foot of the ARAI hill.

The people over there are supportive and knowledgeable.

We were here for the industrial visit from our college. Here there is a small scale studio. Regional news and some small shows are shooted here. We learnt many things. Though it is owned by govt. Of India still you have to pay for visit.

Its an extended arm of Doordarshan Mumbai for prog.production.It is near MIT college of Engineering but its a difficult search for new visitors.Now a days the prog. activities have been increased which are contributed to DD Sahyadri.
