They do partiality in parking with Bike and Four Wheeler. You have to park your bike outside off gate and for fourwheeer they have inuff space.I dont understand whats logic behind that...

Let me start with positive points 1. Nice and well-behaved staff. 2. Spacious room with amenities. 3. Flexible to accept adhoc request like delay check-out. As far as negative points 1. Reception staff should be trained more for hospitality, like for me they forgot to give card to switch on lights, wi-fi password not given but only after asking from room service. 2. Breakfast options should be increased, for me I saw only 2 options which is very very less to be called as breakfast.

The hotel is located on the Main Road and is easily accessible. The Room service is great and easy check-in/check-out procedure.Staff is friendly though, it can be slightly improved. Food ordered in room comes quickly and is good.Room is spacious and adequately equipped. Linens are clean. If you are Double occupancy, the room-service needs to be updated so they can provide second set of toiletries and Towel.The walls are not well insulated so bleak sound filters through.

They should work on cleanliness and hygiene. Even though No Smoking signages are placed everywhere inside the hotel, the corridors on each floor stink of strong cigarette smoke. It was unbearable during our stay on 5th floor. We had to run from room to elevator.The rooms are big and spacious with big windows. But the bathroom and toilet doors dont function well.

I have had a chance to stay on the O collection hotel and its one of the best in its price. And a beautiful room we had with a bath tub in it.It was one of my best experience because it gave me places to try my luck in different positions and I enjoyed it a lot.

Enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Room given to me was very spacious. Amenities as compared to 4star category were missing in the room like bath soap which was very simple and given in 1star hotel. Moisturiser, shaving kit, zoom mirror, etc which are supposed to be in this category were not there. Room cleaniness also was poor since floor was dusty. All other things were very good. Staff persons behaviour and helpful nature (special thanks to Rahul at reception).Overall - great experience. Would like to recommend to all.

Good location. Situated right off the highway, visible from the traffic. got a very good deal on OYO. Rooms are big and well maintained. However there were few service & amenities related issues. Wifi was very slow the entire stay. TV channels were not functional. No help from the hotel management to resolve the issue. Refrigerator in the room was also not working. The bathtubs tap was not functional.The in-house restaurant is quite costly.

Disgusting service. if anyone wants to experience the concept of pathetic service, do visit. rooms are big, but bathroom are not up to the mark. got dinner but no rotis and by the time rotis came the rest of the food was cold. had to speak to at least 10 folks for breakfast. even after 1 hour the breakfast came and when we called again, the guy said cant serve in room. disgusting service. never ever I will use this hotel again.

Reasonably priced.Value for money ( may be) .But definitely not a 4 star hotel as claimed. Room maintenance is average to poor . But staffs are well mannered. Lots of fly and fleece all around and even in reception area : Needs lots of improvement in housekeeping and hygiene.

I had a welcomed stay even after booking at the last moment as i had a connecting flight.I was traveling with my companion and it was our best experience of staying in pune till date. The service was exceptionally good. All the staff was at our assistance. The room was comfortable and relaxing with all amenities. The decor and ambience was soothing. food quality and variety was mediocre and a bit over priced for a 3 star hotel. Rest it was a delightful experience. Me and my partner, we wish mapple good wishes for the future.

Overall if you see the cost at which the rooms are available is good. But if you look closely the differences stand out. 1) Its a 4 star hotel so u expect a valet service, or someone to help u with ur luggage, or at least a darban. When we reached no one at the door, the guys at reception could see a car approaching and people looking around for help. No action. I got out of the car and had to call the guy to help with luggage.2) Room allocated for 2 ppl. only one towel/glass. Room had weird noises coming, TV did not work. Well after spending 1 hr to get these sorted the flush knob falls off at night giving my partner a nice midnight scare.3) We reported this in the morning and room was changed (this was good). At this moment I was happy, well mapple did its best to surprise me further. Again the shoddy preparation, one set of towel, one glass. cmon guys u know how many people are staying, to top it this is an upgrade for the lack in your service. ( you feel im being picky..). The best thing is yet to come, the hotel supposedly looses its water supply. What would u expect the hotel staff to do? Inform u in time and make arrangements, right. Well we reported this water issue at 3 PM. No ownership, no help and support. we were in their room without any water till 8 PM, no one asked for any inconvenience, I was told One please note just one bucket of water will be made available which also I had to fight for. Absolutely amazing that even after repetedly asking for managers I didnt get to see anyone. To to top it. I havent received any invoices for the stay from the hotel. no bills for my purchase or a receipt of my stay.

Room service is not up to the level, should remind them every 5 mins -10 mins that I asked for something like iron box. Washrooms were not maintained properly, not as shown in the picture’s taps are partially damaged and old, if it well maintained its a good hotel. Room is spacious and awesome but maintenance is not upto the level. Out of 10, I would say 5.

Some of the hotel staff were really rude. A stinky room was given previously, the staff were confident that there were no rooms available. But it was evident that all the rooms were empty on the floor that we were residing. After complaining it on Oyo, the room was shifted. Room service was written on the menu as 24*7, we had asked for drinking water at 12:15 at night, no one came to deliver that. All in all the experience was really bad. And I do not recommend this place to anyone.

If your looking out some place to stay near Kharadi, Pune or on the Pune-Ahmednagar Highway. Than Treebo Mapple is the best place to go. The rooms here are huge and feels very good not like other small hotel rooms. Although it needs some amount of maintenance overall for a day of stay it offers a good comfort. Its an affordable stay with good breakfast package.

Hotel And Rooms are good but Hotel Staff and its coworkers are very bad.I stayed there 15 days but room service has been done only 4 days.Even they didnt even serve water the room, we had to request on reception again and again for water,Spiting of gutkhas and pan mashala are there in lifts,Even they didnt change bedsheet for their guests.Food quality is very bad and they charge so much for food.

Rooms are not maintained, poor room service, low quality food, earlier (3 yrs back) the hotel was maintain properly, but now the rooms and service standard has degrade... sorry but i wont recommend anyone.

An average Hotel, needs upgrade on cleanliness. Showers and Bath fitting need upgrade and cleaning. Its can be an excellent property if maintained and upgraded in terms of linen and Bath fitting. Restaurant needs to improve their services. Provide clean tables.

Rooms are pretty big. In every room you can sleep an extra 2 persons. Staff is nice. Rooms are a bit above average. Location is very good - on the highway. Food is a bit above average. The desi dhaba owned by restaurant serves delicious food

Staffs are polite and well mannered,but not professional/trained enough to run the show. Room AC was virtually not working. Flies are everywhere even in the reception area. There is lack of hygiene throughout the hotel. Although priced reasonable enough, the overall experience is below par. Definitely not a four star hotel as claimed by some agencies.

I was in this hotel for 2 days and in these two days the room wasnt clean so we called the reception spoke to receptionist she said will tell someone to clean. I called receptionist 5 times to clean the room and it was not done. So I call reception and asked if they cannot clean the room atleast they can take the used plated laying since afternoon that was also taken after 10pm. Everything was good apart from service.

Good ambiance, hotel staff is also friendly. Has a spacious banquet hall. Is slightly out of the city & roads around it are not so good, so can be a problem reaching here sometimes but everything else is fine.

Mapple is touted a four-star and from my initial looks and feel, it seemed good. It is situated on the Pune Ahmednagar Highway - close to the airport. It is easily located and has brightly lit insignia for easy identification on the highway. It is located in a large space and guest parking should not be a problem.The check-in was a breeze - points for that. The room sizes are pretty large (check the photos). However, amenities were a far cry from what a 4 star should have ideally.What was wrong? Take your pick...1) The air-conditioner was hardly working. Complained and they said they will send in maintenance who never showed up. It was so hot and sweaty and a far cry from AC comfort you would expect for a good nights sleep2) No fan. I would say for a hotel which has spent so much an ** /- fan should not be a problem. That way there is at least a back up for the guests if AC doesnt work.3) The food we ordered was undercooked (chicken pieces were stringy and hard in Hakka Noodle, Too much sugar in Lassi, Vegetable undercooked in Biryani and they forgot the raita initially). I seem to be sounding like a nag but most of my reviews are positive but here I couldnt be.4) The wash basin and the flush system were very hard and not working properly. The management can also put in at least a couple of hooks inside the washroom. 5) Last but not the least - the bed was one of the most uncomfortable I could (or rather couldnt) sleep in. It was a size less than the queen size and springy like anything and with every turn, you would end up bouncing breaking your sleep!!Its not a lost cause though, the staff is friendly and if they care about these it can be worked out....

Room service is not up to the mark. You call and they will come after 4 hours. Some room are spacious but again if you are lucky you would get otherwise you will have to adjust in small room. Reception is good. At least they listen.

Neet and clean with wonderful hospitality

The campus is a 4star luxury hotel.And in their outer spacious lawn, they have the lotus retreat.. The open air dining area. They have recently remodeled it to give it a look of a traditional Indian dhaba.With traditional wooden cots, old lanterns and even an abandoned wooden cart. This place serves good Indian food.They offer a wide variety of options in both veg and non veg.Good service.Delicious food.Good quantity.Lovely ambience.Not over priced.

Stay is good. Food is little expensive. But they have good combo options. Free wifi. Rooms are spacious and clean. Front desk guys are not so professional but manage the thing somehow. If you are looking for stay near wagoli, this is in my view of the best option in this area.

Again had an amazing stay at Mapple Adhwaryou, Pune. This hotel is well located between the two famous places in Pune i.e. Wagholi and Vimannagar. They have even started a Punjabi restaurant within the premises and the food offered is very delicious. The quality and quantity justifies the price. The staff members are well groomed. Nice Ac Hall for a small function of about 100 people. The food is very good. The seating arrangement is very nice. The place is well maintained. Lift is also available for the elderly.

Bathroom water quality was not good found fine particle of sands. Be careful while rinsing the mouth. The water is not potable.

Lovely stay. Room was so big and clean with all amenities. Staff was also really good and cooperative. I was awesome stay.

We booked the banquet hall for our reception. It was beautifully decorated. Good lighting, lovely stage and beautiful decoration. But the bride name was spelled wrong on the wall.. LoL.. so we had to ask them to correct it. Food was ok, nothing great. They wont let u play music loudly and after 11 they ll ask u to stop it, which is really sad. Overall a gud place for small celebration.

Had a very pleasant stay for more than 2 weeks on my business trip. I got lucky to get a good quality hotel at my office location. Service quality and staff behaviour was something I would really appreciate.

I went hotel mapple just to stay there with my friends. .We went nearby locations for sight seeing. And the best hotel which looks very attractive from outside on our way is MAPPLE only. .It also very stylish from interior. .staff are very co operative and well in situation handling. .food,furniture,,,and facilities providen are so impressive. .VERY NICE HOTEL

One of hotel on Ahmad nager highway very close to five star service the hotel is on highway

Very decent hotel for stay, Breakfast quality is also good. They provide basic amenities like Comb, Shaving Kit, Sleeper as well. I used to stay in this hotel during my trip to Pune. It is well located on Nagar road with approx. 15 to 20 minutes road trip from airport.

Hotel is value for money, not much of the problems i faced with this hotel. The rooms and the service quality all were fine. Hotel location is much of far from the city, hotel is on the outskirts of the city. Like when one have to get back to the hotel then one needs to get Cabs or something. The cab drivers would not be ready to come out of the city so thats the only problem we had. Hotel is suitable for Business category people mostly.

Breakfast option with only upma or poha. Also, we found cockroach in breakfast and was reported to it. Manager was good in solving the issue.

The management and staff here do not know how to behave with the customers. The cleanliness of the hotel is not even 1 star and the rooms stink. The room fittings too are not upto the mark and can irritate when you. Food quality doesnt make you happy either. Butter roti had a drop of butter thats it. All the main course gravy was too spicy and nothing was great about desserts either. This is the last place to be if you are in Pune.

The dirtiest place ever visited. Toilets are very bad and smelling. The entrance is welcomed by overflowing sewer spilling dirty water spiiling your shoes and dress.Hotel chairs and furniture is not cleaned since purchase. Staff non cooperative. Food quality below normal. Had visited it during a wedding ceremony on 26 May 2019.

This is a (no of ratings) star hotel and perfectly deserves the rating as well. I had a week stay here and ordered food as well.Located 5-7 kms outside the nain city of pune, this hotel has a garden restaurant in its campus which is independent of the hotel but you can have its menu in your room and get food delivered in your room as well. The hotels menu is good too. Buffet breakfast has a lot of varieties in north indian, south indian and english.

The experience was decent. The staff was polite and the room service was ok. The tea in the breakfast was specially good. And all night room service availability was cherry on top.But we had a big problem. First the AC wouldnt switch on, then it wouldnt switch off and kept running for 2 days. The room was too cold at 16 degrees and they couldnt fix it. They didnt even change our rooms. That was really bad. The safe in the room was not working. The bathroom utilities were not provided until asked. Had to ask everyday for them. But since it was a budget hotel, we dint make a fuss about it. If the AC had been fixed or our rooms changed, that would have been really great.

Pune: Almost worst hotel to stay. 1) food is not up to the mark.2) They dont provide tooth brush or paste or comb if any one request. At least I never get after stay 2 times. 3) service is very poor. 4) we didnt get proper water to bath. Always hot water is coming. They dont have proper water system to get cold and hot water both. 5) after check in they ask for Rs280 each from us. The reason we didnt know, though full payment was done through online before check in. When we ask for the reason, they just informed in there system is showing due of INR.280.So therefore I will never recommend you to stay there.

I have checked in at 2300 hrs on Friday. Its 2:15 hrs Saturday. AC running at 16 degrees is running like a blower. Called the maintenance guy Mr. Shivshankar who is doing the research since last 20 minutes keeping me awake obviously with no option at this hour. Also mailed the reservation. Again they would just cut a sorry.Experienced the same at pride at Shivaji nagar. Seems like this is the new technique to save adopted by the hotel.

[Upadte 01Sep19] Please note my ratings are not for rooms but for OYO invoice. They charge you something else and provide invoice of some other amount. When complain they send 2 invoice, one for hotel and other as tax invoice (some brand value). Dont know how to claim this kind of invoice.It is buget hotel from where Kharadi World Trade Center & EON IT park is 4kms away.Rooms are fair enough and foods are bit costly. I think they are understaffed bcoz their response time is too high.

The management needs a lot of uplifment in providing services. Maintaining the standard of stay in guests. Hope to get a positive response.

My experience staying here was poor. Right from delay in the check-in process to allotting rooms which smelled bad. The AC didnt work properly so had to requested a table fan. The pictures are pretty but the actual place doesnt hold up to the standards.

I prefer this hotel next time also if I have work in that area. Great value for money. Situated in main road. Hassle free conveyance. Public transport also available. Hotel staff are very nice and co operative.

It is impossible to believe that it is a 3 star hotel. The room is awkward and smelly. The service is poor. No class at all. I want to meet the person who have stars ro this hotel. Too pricey for the quality

Really sorry but overall very poor. they can revamp the complete hotel as the infrastructure is really good. the shower force was very good and the the water temperature was not fluctuating.

The hotel is super spacious room nice staff ।good breakfast

The dinner was accompanied with live music playing old classics. The taste is really good specially nveg, for veg its just fine. The ambience is very nice, like a dhaba as the name suggests. There is no separate section for bar/families though but the crowd was very good, mostly families. The service was slow as we went on Saturday night (crowded). And last try its Roti Tokri, its nice.

Hotel reception area was good, Hotel rooms are spacious, but the bathroom was not good.Food is of good quality.Hotel is located in the a good location , has good parking area. located at the main road.

Stay was not that good.Worst part is just asked for hard copy of my hotel as i moved to delhi after that and they didnt took my call after that.I mailed them but no reply.

Nice and spacious Rooms. Clean bathrooms. Breakfast is average. And surely room service can be much better and improved.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. No ceiling fans in room, gets hot in summer as AC is not enough. Breakfast and dinner were complimentary, had a lot of variety in dishes available. All-in-all very satisfactory stay.

Staff is very polite and supportive,and food quality is good i am always suggesting for this property because its my 2nd stay and i am happy with services and quality
