It’s a great library with amazing collection of books , you’ll find almost every genres and authors also it’s very cheap and a affordable. If you’re looking forward to do something in this lockdown you should definitely try them

Its good but not great collection

The quality of books is very bad...old and torn books with missing pages. The home delivery is often delayed without any information. You have to do lot of follow ups. No refund given even when all these concerns were raised.

They are maintaining all protocol and hygiene standards. Good collection of books. However there is some scope to add more Hindi books in collection.

Pathetic customer service. No updates on queries and treat customers diffenrtly. Been a member for more than 7 years and would suggest avoid this bramch

Need to be renamed as JUST MONEY pathetic service in Magarpatta pune. Never bother to answer any questions and all they want is money.

The books they provide are really good and it is really easy to return and issue the books.They also provide the option of ordering the book that is not available at the moment.There is only one issue thet it is situated at the location that is not quite easy to find ,I mean one cannot just think that there could be a library here.Its at top floor of a society club house in magarpatta city.
