I had justbook membership for 3 years and as justbook store from my area shifted to other locality which was not convenient for me n my kids so discontinued my membership and asked for the refund of my deposit which was 500 rs and till date after 10 months and many email reminders their Bangalore office is not returning my deposit and phone no for customer care that they have given are useless when it comes to getting your money back, I even emailed my id card photo but now they are not even responding to my emails.....feeling bad for not getting the deposit back.....and others say they had similar experience for getting refunds
