Place is nice but they are not serving hukka thats the sad thing.

When I joined this company in 2017 it had a good work culture. However I quit in 2019 because of various reasons. This company believes in micro management. They will literally monitor where you eat, WHEN you eat, where you go, what you wear, which language you speak in. Its that bad. Hoping DWF brings a better work culture to the toxic environment of mindcrest. The managerial posts are filled with vindictive and petty people. Be very careful while joining this company because loyalty is not something this company believes in. You may be fired on any pretext.

One of mt friend joined for the company 6th months back with some of his friends as they have given good package but all of the sudden project putted down and all of his team member gor fired on next day without any pre intimation. Now all of his friends and himself is finding the job.Anyone joining this company also consider the commitment issue of the company
