Good projects.Close to Magarpatta city.Lot of amenities.Design is awesome.

Good location. Builder is trustworthy and have their in-house construction which is a big plus point.

Pros:1. Project by Builder with Good History. So nothing to worry about possession date unlike other new builder can get you in trouble for this.2. Best in class internal specifications. Solar water heater (which is not there in nearby societies eg.Kumar Prosphera) and Full Generator backup for entire flat are plus points.3. Location wise it has good connectivity and Magarpatta Location is a landmark in itself.4. Can give assured rental returns and that too with good amount.Cons:1. Project has MHADA building in society itself which shares same amenity space as that of original building, this can cause security issues and many potential unpleasant interactions in future between MHADA and residential apartment.2. HT Line (High Tension electricity line ) passes within project, this can concern few people for their personal health.3. Hadapsar Railway Station is few hundred meters away, Late night trains sounds will be heard to residents of this apartment.4. Right opposite to Laxmi Lawn, this can cause sound pollution in marriage season.
