Fake promise, they say alot but give nothing, they alloted us refugee area but when we went to book they said sorry. Its just take 1 sec to say sorry but they wasted our time.Waste of our time, better to go with some good and experienced builder in market. This is the issue with new builders.Also major drawback is high electrical line above society building.
