Was here for a series of tests and Id say the experience was a good one. The staff is courteous and helpful. All labs were very clean, and social distancing measures being followed strictly. There isnt much of a crowd for the regular tests, but for the Covid tests there is a long line daily.One good feature is that for most of the tests you receive your reports by mail almost within 4hours.

Quite big lab. Have very good facility for scan and other test. Its clean n hygienic. Staff is polite n helpful.Many different machines available for different needs.

Im 7 months pregnant and these people have kept me waiting for 3 hours then told me to go have lunch it will take more time and reason because my sonography was going to take like half hour. Hence they took all the patients first..worst experience.. Its like nam bade or darshan chote..never ever going to come back or recommend to anyone..and the worst case is i was told that my apartment is scheduled for 12.00 pm when came to the center they said we dont have any appointment policy ..

The entire staff is good.....but today I went through worst experience with NM as I had a appointment for my sons MRI...they had appointed a local anaesthetic named Dr Dilip Mehta......according to me this Dr is a actual reason for my worst experience. He kept on pricking my sons wrist as he did not get vein for IV....at once when he got veins he passed IV and my son started shouting as it was not pricked properly....I really fail to understand How can a Brand like NM medical be so casual about getting local drs like Dilip Mehta.....Its a shame for NM medical and I would never recommend NM medical for Kids MRI ever....This Dr kept on pricking and failed to get ....even if out kid may be healthy.....its a doctor s ability to get vein ......which according to me Dr Dilip Mehta is not at all capable offf......Request Mds of NM to review this post.....I came back home with this experience and cancelled MRI.....I sincerely request all parents to think twice before doing MRI and using anesthesia from Dr Dilip Mehta.....worst Dr ever

Edit - Received a call today from the Pune Manager & he patiently heard out my issues & assured me corrective actions were taken. This is exactly what is needed. A will a admit a mistake was made & efforts to ensure it will not be repeated. Thank you.A lab with decent machines but very poor staff that takes appointment. Lies about the time conveyed for home visits. Technicians do not reach on time even for fasting blood tests, reports are always delayed & needs multiple calls for them to be emailed. Better to avoid if there is an option. This business is an example of how bad employees screw up a reputation.

Found NM Medical Health Check Up service absolutely great. Every staff member was polite and co-operative. All tests are done in the facility. The facility is hygienic and well kept. Would definitely recommend my friends and family to use the service of NM Medical.

One of the best and recommended diagnostics centre in Kalyani nagar area in Pune, I went there for the blood test , guy who was taking the sample was unable to find my nerve, so he call senior doctor instead who did the job quickly, sample was given at 8:15 pm and online reports was visible by 10pm great service. They have a big parking in the basement. Staff working there is well dressed and well behaved. Best part is all type of tests are done under single roof

Very neat and clean. This medical centre is situated in Kalyani Nagar next to Farzi cafe.The doctors are good and facility is equipped with high tech level machineries.So it will be heavy on pockets too. But worth it I must say..If you are going here go with some extra time because it usually takes time here for scans and all..

No one response to calls. Receptionist is so rude. As they said you will get reports by evening after collecting sample but after 24hrs still i am waiting for report. Calling them by but no one answering. Only the guy who collects samples is very nice and polite and very informative.

Visited for an ultrasound scan in emergency and it was the worst experience ever. The probe stopped working in the middle in the scan , due to which incorrect reading was mentioned in the report. The radiologist was in hurryHad to repeat the scan from another diagnostic center because my doctor was not convinced with the report . I wasted my money and time.

Pathetic staff, Manager. Inexperienced Doctors making BLUNDER in the reports. After asking to correct it they ask you the previous report for proof. As if they havent performed the test at all.GO THERE ONLY FOR THE FANCY OFFICE.DONT RELY ON THEIR TEST RESULTS.

Though the lab is big I felt it was short staffed considering ai had visitedit on a weekday. It is a bit chaotic and we were being asked to go here and there quiet frequently might be due to inadequate staff. This could be improved as at times it could be inconvenient to the visitor. I felt my test could have been completed and hour early considering I have undergone similar tests in the past at other providers. Plus the delivery of reports got delayed due to technical issues which I honestly disliked. The promise was to have the reports soft copy be sent on same day and hard copy on the next but the hard copy came 4 days late while I am yet to see the soft copy.

Very unprofessional attitude by the staff ! My call was disconnected twice while they put me on hold. My scan details were asked on watsapp and even when I shared it to them they have not responded ! I called them and they said the responsible person has left for the day. This was from 2pm to 5pm I was struggling for just an appointment! Kindly keep some professionalism as when sometimes emergencies hits a patient they don’t have time to wait for such a long time.

Visited them on 21.02.20 for an official medical check up.One of the worst experience when it comes to processes and time. No fixed process of getting the tests done. The people with references are given preference to get the tests done without any sequence.Despite reaching at 0800 hrs, it took them 4 hours to complete. People who came in later, but knew the office staff, were able to get the tests completed far more early.Worst part, the toilets do not have running water.Go only if you know someone.

Inside environment is hygiene and its very clean.. but no common scene in the staff,- when my blood test was about to start.. even without looking at me tech guy just kept my file on my lap.. he should have handover it properly- asked me to fill the form, after filling they are telling arrey, you had fill till only here again asked to refill new form- for ECG i had to wait an hour, imagine i have been ask to be in past for blood test and here they are taking so much time.. what about kids or aged people.. they have to starve with hunger- heard other people also complaining about for things getting delayed

Overall good experience. Staff behavior is reallty helpful. A bit of expensive side but the service worth the cost. Cleanliness is at its best everywhere at the centre and properly managed waiting areas. You wont get bored while waiting for your turn as the sitting spaces are very comfortable. Highly overpriced for normal services! Hygiene was decent. Should provide a female doctor for a female patient, people may have issues while check up! Charge 3 times the price for simple checkups.

The staff are very good. The only issue is disposal of needles. The needles are not cut but just disposed in the dustbins. The pathology department can also afford to get some better testing personnel. The other teams are exceptional and there is someone always to guide through the master health check up process

I took my father Dr. D. R. Doke age 83 for bone desity test and X Ray of his left femur which he complained of having some swelling. We were very much worried to see that a person was sleeping in the bone desity checking room without any protection kit and not even mask. The room is A/C and we fear that if the person has COVID 19 then my father may catch it up. These centers must take utmost care while dealing with patients life.

Thay charge cost of testing some of 8500 /- and additional charge of 250/- for same test report in soft copy CD.

Staffs are courteous and available to help. I went for health check as a part of pre employment process. Toilets are very clean.Reports available electronically.X-ray bed, ultrasound bed, ECG bed or the bed in Physician room, all beds are used again and again by multiple patients. No wipes or paper towels available to clean the bed after each patient use. I asked the nurse who did ECG for me, she said that every patient use the same bed and there in no need to wipe.Urine sample cabinet was very dirtyThe waiting room chairs have dirty stains. I was hesitant to sit on a chair until I found a bit clean one.In toilet cloth towel was there which was wet and filthy . Why medical facility will keep cloth towel .they must keep paper towel.Breakfast room was clean but lady staff was unprofessional who was continually talking on phone. Plate was wet and not nicely cleaned.

Visited the NM Medical Lab today and was pretty impressed by the professional way in which they treat their customers, plus the place is very clean and hygienic. The staff is also very helpful and the doctors too make you comfortable during all the tests. Overall a great place to get your tests done.
