Sim replacement was fast.

The person who sits here is very laid back and lazy. Took money to start a new Vodafone number and then didnt even start the new number. He closes shop and goes home. Forgets to charge for two days. What a nuisance of a shop. Tushar was his name.

Pathetic service n worst experience ever! The person in charge don’t know how to interact with people. He sounds arrogant n rude every time you interact.Here they will definitely charge you for free services without prior notice. I think they don’t even bother to think about customers, Only money matters here, they don’t care about customer satisfaction. Better to opt this store out.

Not all things are offered by a mini store. But good at the centre of a market.

They didnt entertain my query. Said their system is down. And they said it might take many days to recover. Simply they dont want to help their customers.

Person in charge doesnt know how to speak with Customer, giving incorrect information and just asking for money in terms of recharge whereas the plans are less rated or free when you confirm with Customer Care.

Bad customer service. Ill not recommend this place.
