Good residential housing society, enough free space available around the society , okay kind of amenities , supporting security guards, okay Cleaning team ..Good location the people who move around the western region of Maharashtra .Satara,Kolhapur..ectPmc :water connection is available.Internal tiling is worst, Good layout & thoughtfully designed soace for wardrobes, overall worksman ship is so so ,very long & shaded passage areas , in passages people used to keep their unused cycles & waste stuff ,approach towards the society is good but the only problem with the vehicle parked at the main road was pathetic..Rent for 2 bhk is around 9-10k & for 1.5 bhk is 7.5k
