Worst experience with so called Sonchafa. Many time I have purchased jewelleries from this shop by looking at their quality and traditional jewelry. This time I am writing this on todays experience. I had purchased jewelry on this year only and I want to exchange it, unfortunately I lost the receipt. I have the exact date of purchase, bangle box, I requested them check in thier record, even I have requested them that of I found soft copy, can I present it the staff is not agreed on this as well. They just want a hard copy of the receipt. They are telling they I have life time exchange then how can they expecting hard copy? Even the staff is not ready to look into thier records.I am not going to purchase anything from this shop now.

Service is also good. And staff also cooperates well with the customer. They have gift facility as well based in the amount of transaction + exchange policy with bill is provided for selected items.

You can get 1 gram gold plated jewellery here. They have varieties in bangles, necklaces and other stuff. Overall a good place. Because of covid19 pandemic they dont provide exchange free of cost.
