Third class service, no response and for external cable change they charged me which should service providers responsibility but they took charges from me,even I have an existing connection. After all this I paid but internet still not working.At office they have no answer for your any queries and when issue come on regular connection they will force you to move on a fiber connection only.Dont go for this only west of mony with zero service.

Fiber cut many times and no response. I have paid in advance and waiting for paid invoice.

Not recommended to go for this internet service. After utilising for 1 month, suddenly my internet stopped working and it is now 4th day from 13th Sept that they keep telling me that there is a problem in their main line but not able to rectify it at all. Following up with them by giving them 6 calls and 2 visit at their shop. They promise to resolve it by EOD everyday but no resolution from their side to resume the Internet service.

Pathetic service, every month after 1-2 days of payment internet slowes down and you reach them everytime they say your data limit has been exhausted .. We are not even home half of the month still???? WORST!!!!!

One of the worst broadband service providers in the area. They offer BSNL broadband internet and although BSNL provides phone landline connection along with internet as part of the Combo plans, Suntechnologies asks you to pay extra for landline and at costly prices.The BSNL plan photos that you see when you search for sun technologies are BSNL plans which they do not offer. So basically they are a total rip-off.

Get Bsnl landline connection and internet connection in very quick time.

Worst Service. Wifi connection issues occurs every Biweekly. If you try to call to complain no one pics the call but you will get busy tone dial in between.
