The most unprofessional company and employees I have ever come across. During the deal closing stage, you will get several followups even at late night to close the deal and make the payment. Once the deal is finalised, they will show how pathetic they are at this. In my case, the project is already delayed (more than 2 months) and the material that has been delivered is either incomplete or incorrect. Even the least rated sellers at Amazon do a better job in terms of accurate delivery. I would advise people to stay away from this fraud based company.

If you are willing to wait indefinitely and compromise on quality go for it.

I usually don’t write reviews. Specially not when it’s really bad - because I like to give the benefit of doubt. I understand it’s hard to satisfy every customer. But in Arrivae’s case it is something I want to let future buyers know. They had no respect for the substantial money I paid them as advance. They delivered bad designs for my home’s interior, and all their employees who were on my project left the company before the work started. To start with the designs we’re ultra low quality. Felt like I could’ve done it better myself without the need for a paid team. I was left stranded and I did multiple followups. No one responds, some do stating ‘it’s not under me’. They did not move the needle and in the end asked me to buy furniture for the money. Worst was that they marked up the curtains(for just 2 sliding doors and a window) to approx. 1.5L and then applied part of my advance money as so-called discount, effectively asking me to pay more for the curtains. That was the last nail on the coffin. When I revolted they stopped picking my calls, their so-called ‘care team’ even stopped responding to my emails. I was forced to file a complaint with the consumer court and I’m waiting to hear back. Arrivae plz do not do this to customers who put their trust in you!

Dont ever take service from Arrivae.They will agree to your budget, take booking amount from you and then they will give budget which will be 50% more.Also they dont have products which you want and will make you compromise during products and materials selection.There team keeps on changing and you will make to run pillar to post for your money or work.I have suffered and neither they are refunding my money.So request everyone not to book and visit Arrivae ever.

Very unprofessional behaviour by team Arrivae. We were working with Arriave team since nov-20.Still today I got the update that my loose furniture would be expected to be delivered by 3rd sept-21. Earlier we received lot of such timelines over the mails, so I am not sure if this would get followed by or not. I will keep updated .They do not provide proper escalation matrix. Even they do add few so called superiors (?) they also do not take proactive actions.*With my experience Arriave has already lost 2 of my references from my close relatives.

A big zero to Arrivae.... Big fraudsters... Poor designs , delayed timelines, and scammers. Seems the good reviews are also not genuine ones, these are here to cheat customers.they are very smart in fooling others, will take initially 10%, and then the customers struggles start with these guys as they never returned you unless you ask them, then they revert back with their poor designs, and they again go away as if customers project will go on for years, everytime we need to ask and follow ups, only interested in taking your money, providing nothing.....They lack in everything, poor designs, poor designers, delayed timelines , false promises for the dates... The experience center in pune is just to attract the customers and making fool out of them. For us also they have not refunded the amount... Think there are so many bad reviews coming up every other day, these guys needs to be punished.

It has been a wonderful experience working on our kitchen design with Arrivae. They are a team of professionals who listen to their clients and understand their requirements well. SANJIV and ROHIT have especially been very professional, kind, accommodating and always attentive and prompt to our changing needs and providing the best of solutions along with their team of experts. Pooja at Arrivae had been very helpful in suggesting and planning of our house. She gave a lot of good suggestions and space management ideas. Worst ever experience with Arrivae Pune, please dont go by reviews as in pune they are fraudsters just interested to take your 10 percent . Do check the pune reviews as there lot of them saying the same story, even on mouth shut. Writing this to help any new customers to fall in their trap. As per there site and company policy 1 month is design phase and then 2 months for production and installation.. Which may extend depending upon custom furniture. But for us design phase has crossed 3 months... And still not complete.. The deadline given in the beginning by the customer has no meaning to them. They are very concerned in getting 10% and then things go on forever... Very poor designer(Pooja) and manager (Vishnu) .. Seems has no control on the timelines and lacks designer skills. Finally has to leave the 10% and started with another company.. Before starting kindly do get in writting that what compensation Arrivae will give if they miss deadline.

I made a mistake by believing they can deliver, i have paid in December 2020 to Arrivae pune, they said they were going to deliver 15 feb, had to call 10 times to get response that it will be delivered by 27th feb, after 27th feb they say its 12th March.They dont pick up your call and you have to email 10 times to get their one responseI request everyone not to buy anything from arrive if you wish to avoid frustration. Check kams designer zone insteadEdit:1.As per new update they will handover by 16th April2. Now in mid of June 2021, project manager has stopped picking up call. Furniture is still not completed3. Half of furniture delivered, bedroom furniture color different, kitchen trolly missing, kitchen cornet unit missing. Noone ready to take responsibility, poor fitting4. New dates shared, its now 15th of july5. Now they said over email that rest of required furniture is dispatched from Bangalore on monday 12th july, now when i enquired on 15th, i got to know that it never got dispatched. This is how they lies over email and phone.Alignment issues are still pending and they refused to fix it6. Now 3rd August project is still not complete. I have started living at my new home as i couldnt afford to pay rent anymore, i have paid 50% in December :(

I had approached several designers and design firms before reaching out to Arrivae. I was impressed with their responsiveness and effort taken to visit the site and offer design consultation free of cost with no strings attached. My family was thrilled with the design as it included all our requirements, such as my kitchen island, my childrens bunk bed and my husbands plush study. The design was finalized over two weekends and it was as good as anywhere else on the globe. Its a pity they only operate in select cities.

A very bad and unproffesional company. Local vendors can do much better. Please dont fall for their presentations. They dont have any commitment towards their work and completely outsource it to local vendors. Waste of money and waste of time. Not recommended at all. Their employees are well trained to make people fool. Since 9 months I didn’t received my product. After all follow up we get to know that their some employee get changed & new person get allotted for our project from same office which demand us for product 3D nd 2D drawing.After all this scenario if u got frustrated and ask them for refund they will not refund you. Making drawings, site visits are chargeable according them. They will force you to buy product from them only or else any advance amount payed will not refunded.Not recommended

Worst experience! Hi just thought it was important to share my bad experience so that it would be helpful for people who change their mind after reading reviews and not go with Arrivae Pune especially. I was in touch with Divya, Shreyans and Anusha. They were soo unprofessional that there was no acknowledgment after we sent them the plan. The feeling I got when I met esp Ms Divya was that thou she was just an employee her attitude was as if she owns the company. She was least interested and I knew that they would not get back to us even after we tried checking with them after a week. I dont understand why a company would hire such unprofessionals? I had read the bad reviews on Arrivae before we went there but still thought we would give it a try. I feel fortunate enough not having committed to them. There are plenty of vendors in the market who are hundred times better and professional because trust me you dont want to pay up to Arrivae and get stuck!

Arrivae has been a great experience to me, as they design it free and that helped me to visualize it so perfectly...later after booking them with their same design actual fun started of selecting materials and finalizing design...the journey was so far fun and very adjustable, as my Designer so passionately managed to schedule meetings even at late evening when we needed that fissibility . yeah my project took 55 days as they mentioned, it will be done in 45 days but the product finish and the experience of hiring experts was really good.

Arrivae Design exceeded my expectations. All the elements I hoped could be there were integrated into an easily accessed, visually appealing design, and done in an amazingly short time span. Rita Malvi kept me engaged and informed throughout the process, and she handled everything through to hosting . I have been thrilled with the site, and eager to recommend her to others and the firm! Great designs.

Pathetic service. After a long delay they delivered a material which did not had the required screws and the hardware fitting. They will keep delaying long on name of some procedure and protocols to follow and after that all they come up with ply without screws and fittings. If you are looking for long time service pain just go for it.

Worst experience! I had approached their Pune branch to get the interiors of my new house done.And below is my experience,1.The designers seem to be inexperienced. Not proactive in suggesting ideas. The customer has to keep suggesting them.2. The customer has to all the time run behind the staff. They will call and keep approaching you until you finalize the project with them. However once you pay them the advance, they are least bothered. They will just ignore you!3. Too expensive! Basic level designing and prices are very high. Not worth the money.4. Staff/managers keep changing. So even if you have any issues you will have to everytime keep finding out whom to contact.5. I had a very bad experience with the designer. I always had to run behind him, msg him,call him. And he was so ignorant enough to not pick our phone or reply to messages in timely manner.6. The advance payment I had done is still with them. I am no more interested in getting my house interiors done from such unprofessional, inexperienced people.Im trying to reach out to them for refund, but not getting any response.This firm is surely not recommended. They are cheaters!!!! She promised me that there will be no issues going forward. Both the designer and his manager asked me to delete my feedback from Social media - thats called as the team of unprofessional people!I disagreed to delete the review and asked them for an email about confirmation that they will deliver me the product they have promised. The manager agreed to drop an email. Its being more than a month I am waiting for her email. I tried to contact her, but she is so irresponsible that she is neglecting me, reading my messages but not responding back.This is a big team of cheaters! Unprofessionals fooling people.Will suggest people reading the reviews, please do NOT even think of signing a contract with these people. You will end up becoming frustrated with their unprofessional behavior and ultimately get cheated.

Worst service and such big cheaters!They took Rs.30,000 from us even before starting the work for our kitchen and promised to complete it in 45 days! We had approached then in October and Till January they had no progress in their work, they did not do even start the work!Just took our money and delayed the work by 3 months!We had to cancel the contract as we had to urgently shift to our new house and this delay was making it difficult to shift.They did not even provide any refund.Such a fraud.Even one of their ex-employee would agree on this.

One of the bad experience with the company. Once you pay the amount, they will not even reply you promptly. The good thing was the site co-ordinator, and the carpenters. Very skilled. Working with arrivae will just give you hyper tension and false promises. Management team is very less professional and working with arrivae was the worst mistake of my life.

Wonderful team, Nityanjay was assigned for my work, excellent co-ordination minute detailing of everything, they consider users preference as the 1st preference and then suggested changes. Extremely down to earth, co-operative and soft spoken. Well presented graphs and pictures to visually understand how your dream home would be. One of the worst Company i have ever worked with. After you are paying the money no one will take the responsibility to finish the work. Even no one will receive the call. Punes Team is one of the wrost team. Specially Manager from Pune Team Mr. SALMAN. He will ask you to sign on the handover documents before completion of work. Every time he will give you false commitments. They have there designers team at Balewadi. After paying money, designer will not call you even not receive your call. Mr. ROHIT and Mr. SANJEEV ONE OF THE WROST DESIGNER. Even they dont have any team who can check with you for your concern about work. Yes they have there team for posting positive comments.Now its more than 5 months but still work is in progress.... Dont work with these guys. Even there are so many problem with there materials quality also.I am having there call recorded on my phone. I will share that also.

We had small budget and very little time because we were shifting to a new city in two months. I was very happy with the lay out presented for my kitchen and wardrobes for my bedroom. The finish and quality of the furniture is very good. Designer shambhavi was available and helpful, me and Rohit love it. Customised wardrobe and cabinets as per my requirement were done nicely in my home. Thank you for this beautiful home...

(Jan 2020) Extremely pathetic service.. Had done a booking of a 3bhk interior in Nov 2019. Till date they are not able to give us a plan or clarity. We had to cut the scope, limited to Kitchen as they refused to refund our advance. For that too no final walk-throughs or designed are shown or shared. Worst experience ever. They seemed so professional at start but no one in that office takes ownership of anything and keep blaming other. We just want this horrifying experience to be over. Just because our advance is blocked with them, we went ahead with the kitchen. Not sure when they will ready that too. The company is a big sham filled with unprofessional people.Update 1 (Feb 2020)- have even filed a complaint in consumer court and these guys still dont care. The new guys also - AGM Ritu, CM Shambhavi and Salman.. All have only given us false promises and till date delivered nothing.. Please just dont book with them. I am sure all the positive feedbacks are fake..Update 2 (June 2020) - kitchen delivered with incorrect dimensions. Their own carpenters are feeling harassed by these guys. In these situations, not sure when will our kitchen be done and be operational. Not sure what is next!Update 3 (July 2020) - kitchen supposedly about to finish with incorrect units installed... This too take took weeks with no project manager or supervisor!! Carpenter had to cut through unit because the designing team had not accounted for aquaguard switch.. Which was always there. The loft which they have created is something special.. I have never seen a more pathetic irrational design. Infact when I googled for loft designs for kitchen... Couldnt find a single one that looked like this piece of art!! We have burned our hard earned money, our time and our piece of mind with this company for the last 9 months!!

I was working with a CM Sanjeev at arrivae to get the interiors done for my new apartment.Arrivae ensured the best services in terms of planning and designing and went an extra mile to meet my design requirements.Unfortunatelt it dint convert into an assignment owing to budget constraint

Very bad service . absolute no co-ordination between staff. very slow in completion. more than 5 months have passed but still my daughters room of area say 12 * 12 sq ft is not completion. No co-ordination among staff , supervisor. very pathetic. already taken money in advance and also final payment. but the small project is not complete even after 6 months. One contractor alonhgwith person comes. Work for an hour. May complete or half complete work. Then no one comes for 15 days or a month. The work remains as it is. No control from head office to supervisors. Gives always excuses. No phone pick up. No time value to the staff and company higher authorities.i doubt about their pune unit capabilities.

Products delivered after 3 months of rigorous follow up from my end. Cheap and end finishing is very poor. Charged me rates which are not even worth. Do these guys have any refund policy? I want refund for my products. DO NOT RECOMMEND at all.Waste of time and money with these guys. Not to mention they stressed me up for two products during my pregnancy.Dont even deserve 1 star.Team has no idea about the cost and also of all accessories available with them. They will wait to tell last moment and then delay the whole timelines. Will be very prompt while taking advance booking money but then will do everything very slow at their own pace. Customer only has to follow up for everything. No proactiveness from their end. Its been month I havent yet received any final costing although designs were my own. Disappointed!!!

Cooperative staff, looking forward for the completion of the interiors of my flat in Pune

Post our first meeting with the designer on Saturday and sharing our requirements with her, she was to get back to us for a meeting on Wednesday with her suggestions and costing... But its been over a week and we havent heard from her. Also the finishing of the Balewadi experience center was not up to the mark.If this is how you start a project, then I can only imagine the end!
