Near to shops and Eon IT. Too costly as a Zolo without any good reasons. Rooms are too small for the amount we are paying plus electricity bills extra. Good view.

Its my second day in zolo and I am already loving it.

Worst managed PG. They are charging extra electricity bill when they know People are not staying in the property.When you call customer care they will tell you to raise a ticket, but no action is taken.They are taking advantage of lockdown and charging extra amount.

As we all know all of us are facing very harmful Virus (Covid 19)..Although Zolo Altius is taking care of all the customers which are staying in the property..The caretaker is very helpful and helping the customers all the time whenever the customer needs some help...

This property is excellent. I stayed here more than one year, still joining again. Property manager Anand and other guys are so friendly and quick responsive.

I checked it out once. Never stayed here. 2bhk flats are available. Each bed room 2 persons, 1 in kitchen; Its like a room. Big space, nice and clean environment. Parking available, food available. WiFi, TV, sofa, beds etc all the amenities available.

The worst managed PG l have ever seen with high price.The staff of the PG are double standard. They will show something when you visit PG for stay. Once you pay they will alter your room with n numbers of excuse.Be aware of such people before decide. Its single rooms are horrible. It is a kitchen room modified with low quality ply and all the other people will use it for wash and dry balcony. Never ever go for single room.

Amazing place for the people (Male/Female) who is new to pune city and would like to stay in kharadi. Market is near by.. facilities are cool.. all problem gets resolved in just one call. Responsible caretaker Anand bombatkar, who is capable enough to handle all issue and resolve them quickly. Overall nice place to stay. Highly recommended!!!!

Good manegement

I recently booked a single room in Zolo altius. It is 10k per month without food. These zolo fools have converted the kitchen to a room and worst part is , they have placed a washing machine inside of this room. Total of 7 people live in the flat and they come to wash the clothes inside this room..total compromise on privacy. Hopefully these stupids realize this. I lost my booking amount also

Rent is a lot too more when compared to other hostels.The only plus is we can stay in a flat like environment.No food and electricity bill should be borne by individual. That too 8 rupees per unit.

Best PG with good facilities along with food for subscription. Warning: Electricity bills are terrible and should be included in the rent.
