One of the best PG for boys/girls. Well mostly there is no vaccant room, but if u are lucky u can get one.

The PG is not good at all. The food quality is worst. Mainly the care taker’s behaviour is so bad. He did not return deposit money after vacating the PG. I informed him 15 days before as per the agreement. Not recommended at all. He is rude and talks like a dog.Be careful if you are staying there in terms of your deposit money.Bad experience

It was a good experience to stay in SV pg for 1.6 years✌️. Being the first time staying away from home i have never felt homesick due to the friends I got there😊. The rooms were hygiene as cleaning happens everyday. Food is average. It has basic amenities like TV(which never worked except during IPL😝), Fridge, Washing machine, Wi-Fi(do not expect speed in weekends) , CCTV, Geyser etc. Overall experience was good and I would recommend to make this as an Option.!!

The place is having 2 and 3 Sharing rooms available.2 sharing cost 7000 and 3 Sharing 6000 . 2000 is one time maintaince fee from which 1000 is refundable when you leave hostel. Near to Laxmi Chowk from where you can take phase 1,2,3 auto for going to company. A lot of shop nearby for eating and buying stuff. D mart is 1.6km which is best for buying home required things.facilities included in the hostel are wifi , tv , attached bathroom , common fridge for each floor, 4-5 washing machine at ground level. Breakfast and dinner for working days and breakfast lunch and dinner for weekends. Overall the pg is good. The owner is friendly.

Its just beside the road and its convenient for everything.Regarding rooms its being cleaned on daily basis and food they serve is quite good irrespective to other pgs.

Excellent service. Been here for two years. Here the taste of the food is yummy and the neatness of the rooms are excellent. They are maintaining it very neatly and it is very best to many MNC companies. Perfect place with perfect hospitality. Best in every manner .I would definitely recommend this place.

I lived in this around 7 months. In this period what abserve and the reason why I left pg is care takers behaviour and food quality.The amenities that are mentioned are just for name not of any use. Like wifi has no internet from 8:00 to 12 at night. CCTV cameras are of no use as my belongings had been stolen and upon informing care taker he refused to take responsibility.Most of time, lift does not operate. There is no lights backup as power diconnectivity is often.TV is just for show as no big channels are subscribed.Most importantly, at the time of leaving PG, he was deducting more more money that he told at the time joining but upon argument he returned.

Stayed at this place for two days when I visited Pune. The hospitality is great. The food quality and hygiene is appreciable. They provide you 3 member sharing room with a TV, Almirah, attached washroom, Wi-Fi, washing machine etc... The food is good and the place is nearby the main road

This PG started approx in July, 2018.I stayed here for approx 4 months. I was paying for whole room. The room was good. And also i was first to enter in that room. Apart from that wifi was very bad, on weekdays speed was very bad.In terms of food, the quality was not very good and in all dishes there is taste of south indian dishes and i am from north India. I liked only Poha and Idli given in morning on 2 different days. And he didnt allow you to take food to your room if you want to eat at your room. And in my last month i rarely eat at PG. And fridge they provide on every floor is not in good condition and many times filled with their own vegetables. And also many times there DTH connection not work properly for 2-3 days continuously.And for cleaning of bathrooms they didnt use good products. I brought my own Harpic for cleaning.And no Dominos delivery available in this PG.Auto service to Mezza9 was good.And note that the owner was not at all compromising in behaviour. He charged me Rs 600 for my brother stayed for 1 and half day inspite we ate no food and i was giving rent for whole room. And also while i was leaving the room he argued in giving deposit back. And i left my pillow and bed sheet in room by mistake, and i called him 2-3 times, for first 2 times he didnt reply nicely. And 3rd time he told that he threw them. And when i went back and asked to saw my room, he refused and behaved so badly. I think he was so angry with me that i left his room and maybe he didnt find any other guests for that. And also i didnt receive my order and mail 2 times on time as there was problem and miscommunication with delivering guy from there side.I stayed for 4 months because i was new in Pune and not able to find a person to take flat with in starting. And i compromised as much as possible but from other side it was a very bad experience.So, overall experience was not that good.

Did not return half my advance (5K - I got 2k back, he deducted 1k for maintenance and 2k for not giving enough prior notice before leaving) even after giving notice before 8 days although he did mention in advance that he needs 15 days notice but I have stayed at other PGs and they dont do that. Givig extra points for good food and cleaness.
