Amenities provided is good. Close to college. Recommend it to others to those who are new.Things to be kept in mind ...1. once you pay the amount there is not going to be any refund.2. You pay the electricity bill that the hostel gets which then gets divided according to the number of people living there.3. You are paying the hostel amount for - bed,chair,room nothing else everything else comes as an expense.4. Anything done to the items provided by them will be cancelled from the deposit.5. Before leaving the hostel as the warden or anyone to come and see your room to see if there are any damages done so that you get your deposit amount back.6. Don’t remove the plastic of your mattress.. I know it sound crazy but the owner apparently cuts this amount as it has been used.7. Also very expensive per room basis .. I had to pay 10800/- per month in a kitchen room with a friend of mine.Now I pay 16500 with 5 people for a much bigger 2 bhk HUGE DIFFERENCEWriting this because I had the same problem where I had kept my room properly and was cut charges for no reason as to which the owner will also not care ... so choose wisely if your staying here ...

Its a genuine review I sapna maheshwari I live there for a one year.Worst pg ever please dont go for this they only loot your money,owner is very rude. They chargr very high amount.Only caretaker suresh uncle and his son is such a nice personality. Suresh uncle take care as their own children but owner is tooooooo worst. He didnt know how to talk with parents. Sujit(owner) is a big fraud. When you will go and talk to him he talks very nicely but at the time you vacate the pg room he is worst person you can ever seen.. He takes 10k as a security deposit and he said he will return the amount when you vacate the room but only 1000 rs he will return. He said that he will cut electricity bill from that 10k nd per month it hardly comes 300 per person but the reality is whole 9k he will cut for the electricity.Worst worst pg.

My son lived here for 3 months in horrid conditions. You pay 1.3L and get intense hellish experience everyday in Behede-3. To top it off, the staff will rob you with charges for which they will give no proof at all. If you want to pay 1.3L to unprofessional people and live in misery for 1 year, this is the place to stay. There were also 3 thefts in the 4 months my son stayed there. The other months he could not stay due to the COVID situation and guess what there was no refund of rent whatsoever. My heart is definitely weaker because of the tension these unprofessional guys have given.

I could have given -5 stars for their services. And yes it is true that they dont return deposit once you join this PG. I would suggest to book a oyo for a month and that will more cheep and affordable. Its been 2 months i left the property in the month of November and havent received my deposit till date. Municipal corporation guys have more professional ethics than these guys.

A PG one dreams of !! One would love to stay at a home like PG 😍. I have stayed at this PG for two years that was the best time of my life !! It has been a worth while experience. The PG is well guarded and well equipped with all the basic facilities.The whole team are caring , friendly , cooperative and have been very responsive with every little problem that anyone have brought to their notice . They take into consideration the likes and dislikes of all the room mates and then allocate the room to any new girl.Overall , it has been a really good experience staying at Popcorn PG😎 ! We felt like home from the first moment we came to the Popcorn PG & Hostel. They helped us to arrange everything that we needed. The staff really does their best to make a guest happy and feel comfortable. Very well maintained, Clean, friendly atmosphere, good & Hygienic food. All these characters sets POPCORN apart from other such Hostels. Hospitable Staff specially Housekeeping, Front Desk and admin staff.

Worst pg in hinjewadi area. First of all they dont provide the basis facilities. They dont care for the problems. Stayed for a month and there was no wifi, power backup etc.They are always ready to take money from clients and service is pathetic.They dont even return the deposit amount. Literally client have to beg for their money.They charge monthly 1000 rs /person as electric bill for a single led light and fan while its sharing accommodation.I can say literally fraud and cheating.Please dont think for popcorn stay.

Just avoid staying at popcorn.In popcorn when you are new they will give you homely environment and later they will start extracting money especially from girls as they know girls pg are high in demand. And they never return your deposit , we were 6 girls staying there and now its have been a year that we left from popcorn stay and till today we didnt got back our RS .10000 deposit.And if you really care for your money plzzzz keep this in mind they arent worth it they just want to know how to make money rather take away someones money .

Worst service, and they will take all the money before you shift into your room and deposit will be provided by them 2 months later after you leave the room.... And they didnt provide water for 3 months.... Even after that they will cut the money if you have done any type of little damage in the room, and I dont know why but electricity bill will 2000 for 2 months per person..... I had a very bad experience while my stay at popcorn, they lack security and is unhygienic and at the time of some emergency, they wont visit to see you and at times they dont even attend your calls and give a reason saying they have a personal life. They havent returned our deposit money yet. Avoid staying at popcorn , the place is expensive with no facilities Mentioned as such. I wasnt even willing to give a single star rating to the so called popcorn pg.

The worst pg ever i have seen. If you call them regarding any problem, they would simply say we are not running a call center. I suggest you to Search a better place than this because there are many and If by chance you think of living there please make sure not a single male member talk to the lady owner because in the end she would point a finger on them be it your father or your friend.

The security in POPCORN PG is A+. There is no lack of maintenance, facility and other services provided. As promised by the owner I personally know them very well. And have no problem staying.. As long as I am in pune I prefer staying in POPCORN PG. The rates are very very good as compared to service and its quality. No grugdes no complains.

The room are hygiene and they provide best facility in the near by area..The staff is very gentle and polite .. 24×7 security, large parking space and food quality is also good..

The moment you enter each of their properties youll find a very cozy and not so well maintained Flats and Rooms, pests control not done at times, horrible conditions of kitchens and Bathrooms, they are unnecessarily accommodating more students in each of their properties which make it look even smaller. and the Rents are VERY HIGH. Better if you look for some other PG which provide a way better experience

I have been staying here from past three years now,the security is unmatched as they have biometric entry.Not just this, there are cctv cameras at the entrance . I have been using their application, everything is taken care from the app as I just need to raise ticket on my app.keep up the good work popcornstay. Highly recommended .

This is the worst pg i hd ever went to.The owner Sujeet Yadav is only there for money and showing off.The amenities they use in their pgs,hostels for which they charge are second hand.He is money minded person only their for his profits. I suggest you not to take popcorn stays services. The charges are soo high at that rate you can easily afford 1BHK or 1RK in Kothrud.With my personal experience you should not go for popcorn stay.

This is the worst hostel in Kothrud area, owner is literally money minded, untidy hostels, plus no pest control is done, theyll keep 90% of the deposit with themselves and cut your deposit money for unecessary things like untidy place, and mattress and key and cctv cameras and washing Machine. Please dont keep your child here else it would be very difficult for him to survive his college. The servants here are very rude like Suresh and will do anything to take money from you.

Wish we could rate them less than 1 star also because i have been in pune since 2012 but last year have been worst of all. The so called luxurious “POPCORN PG” is operated by a couple which on the 1st hand would sound very good and understanding but as you start living with them you get to know there real faces. I shifted with them in August 2017 and since then i have had problems and its such a long list. The most important thing is security in girls pg which they totally lack because i have suffered few acts inside their premises from strangers on which the owner promised to file a police complaint but later failed to comply with that.And they will be concerned to you only till you pay them the total amount after that they won’t even bother to come and look after the place. And later when you leave the place they would cut irrelevant amount from your security deposit stating that they need to renovate the place. I personally fell you can find a much better place than this and infact in lower price

Its the worst pg service in entire puneThe owner have irresponsible behaviour also dont know how to behave with parents of children or whoever are staying in their pg.My sister shifted to this pg in august 2017 and since then continuously faced problems regarding security and amenities.The pg was made in very old building with least amount of proper facilities.Once, the fan wasnt working and it took for the owner a full week to repair it .Also she faced several issues of security as some antisocial elements threw stones in the windowAnd they were terrified but the owner reacted to it very insincerely by saying she hasnt open call centre at night to attend evry1s call.Whenever my parents called her on phone , after repetitive calling she picked up the call and misbehaved to my father that if u want facilities go for a 5 star hotel not in a pg .The owner is extremely ill-mannered and at time of refunding security deposit, she cuts un relevant money in name of renovation and rubbish things.I wont give it even a zero but a negative rating, dont ever shift to this pg.

Owner Sujit Yadav is money minded and will be very sweet for just 2-3 days! He is very money minded, hell cut 90% of the deposit, staff is rude and will ask for money for small things like diwali holi and Sunday hai aaj and stuff. Owner gives no services for the money they ask. Please dont pay this guy as hes charging more than 1.2 lakhs per year and gives nothing. No food and fans are also in worst condition,small cupboards, congested rooms.

They did not return the deposits I had completed the checkout process but they did not return my deposit and the direct mail came to me that you have not completed the checkout process and you will not receive your refund very bad and the service is useless Do not stay in this pg, This money wasted.On 18 March I completed my checkout process with letter and keys.
