Um staying here from last 1month.Room provided are neat, clean and secured, very supportive management team, other services are also good.Overall good place to stay here.

I was living in PG for 2 years, It is nearest to Hinjewadi IT and very good facilities. North and south Indian food available with good taste. PG owner is friendly.Even during covid Pandemic this was the only pg who take care of everyone for food properly.I will say go for it without any doubt.

Have been staying here for last 2 weeks. Rooms provided are neat and staff do regular cleaning. Overall staying here is worth the rent. Only drawback is less variety in lunch. Rice and same type of dal is provided in lunch everyday.

Facilities are good even in Covid time.Time to time response.friendly management.The room was clean and quiet.Food was not bad, we cant expect more than that in Covid pandemic with less occupation.

Good PG IN phase-01

Guys, please dont make the mistake that I have made to come and stay on this pg. That pg is not worth for people. Food arrangements are unhygienic. Some time rats will run around the kitchen. Plates are kept near where we wash our hand. And also the person who runs the pg has to give 2 days rent that he didnt give to me and for my frnds also even we left the pg. Still waiting. Anyway dont give our money but keep the pg clean. I dont know why people are giving 5 star rating to such a worst pg.

I stayed there for 4-5 days in the month of April. 3 Out of 5 days I faced bathroom water is empty from 9-10.30 AM. Food they claim to have both North Indian and South Indian at first but its 95% South Indian. Food Quality is not as per the amount you paying. Most importantly they provide me a room which has a fan whose blade u can count while its rotating. Informed the owner and his father probably 4-5 times. But they just dont bother to look at the issue. Then I decided to move out and asked they can keep security amount. Owner claimed that I cant move out after staying for so less time and have to pay a month full rent. After a bit argument I made him understand I am not going to pay anything more so he had to accept tha.

This place is comfortable for a bachelors, all bachelors boys and girls are stay here in pretty moderate price per month. All facilities are provided by owner like hot water, food, drinking water, furniture, security. Around this place in all buildings there is PG system. Its near by a IT park phase 1 hinjwadi.

I Stayed here for 9 months. Excellent facility. Owner is good. Clean Hostel . One of the best in hinjawadi phase 1.You have almost every amenity there ( Tv geyser washing machine (common) cupboards etc).I had opted out food due to my shift timings. So cannot comment on that.Overall a pleasant stay!

Pathetic service... dinner timings are 10.30 pm on the board but caretakers says dinner will be finish by 10 pm. There are thousands of bed bubs at this place this place had destroyed my bedsheet + pillow.Rats too .Food might cause you food poision.Food is literally super spicy.Every room has some or the issue i personally dont recommend it to any one.

Worst PG Experience in my entire life from past 7 years I’m staying in different PG’s but this PG worst owners don’t have sense how to behave with Guests coming cleanliness it’s pathetic and coming to food worst we have found sometime insects and sometime hair if we complain to them they directly say if you want to stay then stay or leave the PG and coming power it’s regular issue owner says there is no permanent solution for power it will 4-5 Days in a week. In below pic you can see how food is maintained. Please before joining any of PG’s please stay there 2-3 Days just say them you are planned for only 2-3 days stay then they will provide stay and you will get know how it’s maintained and everything.

Anyone who is giving more than a single star to this facility is clearly lying. I had booked a single room with zolo sheldon spot wen i was moving new to pune... Voila... i was greeted with a single room with no doors and the place was stinking with rotten goods.. and other contraband substances smell.. do not trust any one... if in doubt do visit to check out urself...

I wish I could rate in negativeIssues in the pg:-1 washing machine which is defective-Owner is not bother about customers issue he just need his rent on time-Pathetic internet (you cant work from home/ neither check office email)-No power backup, usually in the weekend issues with the electricity-Food pathetic- [ ] Rent high compare to other pg (for 2 sharing I pay Rs6500, other pg’s have Rs 6000 with best service). If they ask rent more than 6000 for dual sharing say no to them look for other option.-Food quality is below the average. Just for 4 to 5 days the food quality is good rest its below average, masala missing taste is weird. Washing machine does not work, only 1 washing machine working that too stop most of the time. Rent is high compare to other pg and the services if we compare does not match compare to them. Internet won’t work if you complain, Vishnu will say I will rectify this in 2 says that 2 days never come. No power backup, other pg which has rent 6000 for double sharing have power backup/good bandwidth internet/clean room. Vishnu do not care for customers issue since it end of the month he is available to collect rent rest of the time he is invisible.If want pg think before you join Imperial.Other pg have Rs 6000 for 2 sharing (Most of them including food) Vishnu charge 6500 but he try to push you for 7000. 7000 for dual sharing is not worth in any pg in this area (at least not the imperial) max 6000 for 2 sharing.

When I joined pg food was ok but after 2 months owner changed the cook and the quality of the food was very bad. I suffered from food poisoning. Then I decided to leave the pg then Vishnu(pg owner) did return my security money after an argument of 1.5 hours.So please dont go for imperial pg as Vishnu will ask for rent 24/7 even if you pay rent before 5th of every month.Moreover on 5th floor every one smoke weed and cigarette and its difficult to breathe there for non smoker.
