Not a good pg at all. This pg is not for studios students. They charge heavy amount as rent and provide cheap aminities. If you are doing any professional course then its my humble request not to go in this pg. I stayed in Newton 1.0 hostel and nay expirence was very bad. I had a loss of 20000 while staying in this pg. This pg is for those student who want to enjoy and want to spend their fathers income.

Not recommended at all. The owner doesnt refund the deposit even if you pay the electricity bill and for every other thing.If asked about the deposit just denies to refund the deposit.Hasnt returned the deposit of ₹10,000 took from 36 people who lived there last year.

Not recommended at all. My experience in Newton was horrible. By staying I had a loss of Rs 10000. Going into this pg will spoil your carrier. They provide cheap amenities at very expensive rate.

One of the worst hostel in Pune. I stayed here for a year and my experience was worst of all. There is no environment of studying. At the end when you have to check out they make stupid reason and dont give you back the security amount.

If the Hostel Manager or Owner is not refunding the security deposit file an On line FIR or Complaint against them and form a group of consumer and report in consumer forum ,also ask the owner to refund along with compensation for the poor quality of services .You can also approach local police station and file an complaint against them or even file online complaint .Such People should be dealt in accordance with police .A batch of 36 Student ,would give nightmare to the owner and manager
