My family and I are glad that this facility is helping the retired personal in Lohegaon. This was the sole intention of my father Late Gp. Capt. Y. S. Marwa who established this polyclinic to provide health care to all in need.

Facilities are good here, but doctors and other air force personnel are lazy and bad in behavior.

Services are prompt and staff is polite . clientele also expected to be responsible

We are Satisfied with all services and Entire Team is good and Coperative.

It good clinic for retired defence personal and there spouse. Doctors are very good and take care.

Everything is fine and nice except Dr Rajan Ekatpure. He is very rude with patients especially non-Marathi. He is having double face character. He is very polite to his seniors and Marathi speakings patients at the same time he is very rude and ignorent to other than Marathi speakings patients.

As a self-decided pre- retirement, I joined ECHS as a Medical Officer to serve the people who have served the nation ! As such ESMs make very disciplined lot of patients & I enjoy my job as a doctor for them.

Overall good experience. The staff is quite polite and helpful. However, I agree with Preeti Shindekar. The particular Dr. R Ekatpure is an EXTREMELY rude person. Kindly DO NOT consult with him.

I took my mother to ECHS lohgaon, pune. My mother consulted a doctor with the name doctor RAJAN EKATPURE.My mother had told me about the rude behaviour of this doctor several times. However, this time i was witness to the episode.The story goes like this, i took my mother to this doctor, who referred my mother ro Gastro specialist at CH, SC. Now, there are days for seeing specialist in CH, which are Fridays and Mondays.Incidentally, yesterday was Friday. When I asked him, if we can go today, this doctor starting shouting on me very rudely, saying “ DONT INTERFERE, when am talking to patient”When i said, the patient is my mother and am asking him relevant question, he said to me “GET Out”And He did Not stop there. He kept on abusing me, saying am a Liar (very weird)Is this justifiable for a doctor to talk like this? He is a civilian doctor and i think, he should be trained to talk to patient and the relatives in respectable way.While I know at the age of 65years if he has Not learned this basic etiquette, when will he learn now?However, all I can say is he is Disgusting, Moron and a total MISFIT to serve in ECHS.Everyone should refrain consulting this doctorAnd request everyone Not be submissive with him.Go ahead and complain AOC, if required, in case he misbehaves.

Great gesture to serve retired defence people . Other than taking little bit of time , the hospital is good .
