Excellent experience of total audio products. The staff is really helpful with good technical knowledge.

The staff is really rude. On asking a small query their attitude was completely unacceptable. I wanted to buy a bose earbud and was going to purchase but bcas of the treatment I recieved from the staff, I went straight to JBL and purchased the earbud. I already have a bose sport earbud it stayed for 1.5 years and now I wanted to try another variant but it seems bose doesnt care for its customers anymore. I have switched to JBL and will ask my connection to do the same.

Good place for music lovers.I bought Bose sound sports free.Staff was also good.Got demo before purchasing.Im editing my comments after 1.5 yrs of using this. Really a poor quality at premium price for following reasons:1. Buttons got damaged in just 1.5 yrs (attaching new image)2. Disconnecting frequently with my laptop and my iphone3. Reduced battery backup up to less than 60%Hence not recommended to purchace. Hence reducing the 5 * to 1*

One of the few Boses outlets if not the only on in Pune that i have found. The variety of items isnt that par with all the actual Boses product lineup but one can somewhat get their expected product. If you are looking for something in particular of Bose and is running out of stock on the online shops, chances are you wouldnt find it here too.It still is a great place to be in and gaze around if you are a tech enthusiast and is willing to unload some cash.

We all know that Bose is very prominent brand in India when it comes to Audio. This store is well equipped with all their latest products and the staff here is knowledgeable to explain you every little details about the audio systems. Highly Recommended!

I visited the store for buying a product. But the approach of the staff is not welcoming at all. They dont want to share any details or give demo too, all they want is money. Very disappointed from my visit. I think the owners have changed. Because previously I had bought products from this same store the approach and service was different. I wanted to buy a high end system but seems I have to look at some other brands. Im talking about the store at phoenix mall pune. Bose company if you are listening please get the people disciplined in your store or you are going to lose business.

Supportive staff

Visited a store quite number of times. The staff is very courteous but the Manager of the store Mr Parth is a rude and arrogant person who dont know how to talk to clients.He does not give proper information about product.

One of the most Rude sales rep ive ever seen at any bose store globally, especially a lady in this store who thinks she is the CEO of bose corp. higly ill mannered and arrogant woman who frankly gives a hoot to the customers visiting this store. They didnt want to give the demo of one of thoer products citing an excuse of no internet??? After repeated request they agreed and to their own surprise the system didnt require any internet to start!I’ve been a bose customer for almost 10 years now and have been buying their products mostly from Phoenix palladium in Parel Mumbai, never have i ever had this feeling of being unwanted in the store before... Horrible!!
