The flats are really good here. Mostly families live here and few bachelors so you have to limit party and smoking and alcohol to indoors only. Full time gatekeepers so good security. Gatekeepers dont allow delivery guys inside any time of the day. Else everything is really good.

Staying as a tenant .....very annoyed by the barking of dogs in the area.Dont think to stay here anymore as there is no action taken against dogs barking 24 hrs!!Flats are good but no peace of mind.This area is besides an open ground area where there are about 30+ dogs which keep barking 24 hrs..Rent is also very high

Well it is a single building and the approach is through a barrage of buildings, although the road is wide enough. Since I did not get inside so cant comment on quality of construction and layout etc. But there are no amenities at all, or Atleast I could find none. If costing is moderate, can be good buy for budget buyers.

Worst experience ever. Builder and the sales team promised a lot of amenities like a perfect parking, covered open parking, terrace garden etc but nothing has been fulfilled. Even a small thing like the childrens play area is not provided yet. The building leaks from everywhere and the elders find it very difficult to walk due to rain water leaking from the terrace covering. Request to all to go with a brand builder, they may seem a little costlier at the beginning but they keep their word and fulfill promises made. The only positive about this building/society is that it is built in a good vicinity of Bavdhan with awesome and supportive people around. Beware while you plan to buy any property from this builder in the future as you might be cheated as I am.

Security guard is very annoying and flat roooms are tiny.

Good residential area, with good connectivity, lot of parking space, have security, best place to stay,

A Stand Alone building with decent amenities also the pricing of flats are good and also the road towards the property is wide compared to other roads
