I booked property in savvy in Wakad..sales team is fraud. They will promise you anything just to sale flat and flat is booked they will turn down their promise. Be careful if you book flat there. I learned my lesson and regret my decision to book flat here.

This builder is absolutely mess. Neither construction quality nor amenities provided properly. He will cost u lot of money for flat and amenities but reality is worse. Proper pipeline/water/approach road etc facilities are not provided.

After visiting 5 projects, I finally booked with Saarrthi and my experience has been great so far. Service from sales person is one of my main reason to book with this group. I visited thrice before I booked and asked thousands of questions to find answer to all.I was very concerned about the brand I am investing with, for obvious reasons. Pathetic experiance till date from Saarrthi. There is no one to help with our queries regarding any update or info from builder. Every time the concerned persion in changed and i need to follow up on every small things. Seems After flat is booked, hardly any attention is given to customers. Saarrthi should definitely improve on dealing with existing customers rather than only paying attention on bringing new customers....Very very poor from Saarrthi....

With 5 years associated with this group, I feel cheated big time... The society was handed over without proper infrastructure and all promises have been thrown into dustbin by Saarrthi group... After weeks of house-hunting we finally booked a 1 BHK in Skybay, Mahalunge. Two of our friends live in Saarrthi Stanza and Saarrthi Savvy Homes and they recommended Saarrthi Group to us. We loved the project. It fits in our budget and also has a lot of amenities. It is even close to NH-4 which makes my travel to work extremely easy. They have promised a date for possession and looking at the pace at which the project is building up, it will definitely be delivered much before.

When I purchased a flat in thier one of residential scheme, I heard mixed reviews but now after 3.5 years of purchase and being a residing owner I have my own experience to share with you, which goes like this.1) Sales wont give any discount but if you come through real estate agent there is a possibility to get genuine price which includes agents commission of 2%.2) They are no different than other builders and will take maintenance charges in advance and use that money to provide you pathetic services, pay for water tanker, AMC of lift and other equipment.3) They ask you to sign some terms and conditions while taking possession which is non negotiable and favorable to them going forward.4) They are least bothered about consumer problems post possession, whether its water leakage, plumbing or electrical issues or anything else.5) They are least bothered about formation of Cooperative Housing Society until actual time of handover.6) They will only discuss finance part to clear dues but will never entertain your complaints about society (either individual or common).7) They dont apply for water connection, dont dig up bore wells, use your Maitenance money for water tanker payment. Since they filled affidavit in approving authorities to provide 2 year water supply.8) They not provide you conveyance Deed on time, we havent received yet.9) They also make changes in master plan without letting you know.10) They dont apply for road construction for approach road.11) Most importantly they charge (from your maintenance money) for PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE. It is a huge amount they take from your bucket.12) Society Hanover happens with ZERO balance that too before time.13) I would like to invite those agencies who distribute awards to such projects just after 1 year of construction without checking the structure and strength of the building.There are many more negative experiences I have with them.

I have been to one of the projects of saarrthi group in Hinjewadi where the project is well constructed and the flats are very specious. The location is also excellent with the best connectivity to the social infrastructure. The cost of the project is also affordable as compared to the projects in the location. I would recommend saarrthi group.

Saarrthi group is one of the biggest fraud and corrupted builder you will ever see. The live example of this is Sovereign where they left more than 250+ families in complete dark age. The society was handed over from the builder with lots of issues in basic amenities like electricity and water. They also did not deliver their promises which left these resident families in no position.Please be aware before investing in their projects inspite of such live example in front of you.

Also they have so much pending electricity bill which they have not paid and now mseb is planning to cut the supply. After investing my hard earned money and purchasing a flat in saarrthi sovereign the builder has ditched us big time by not completing his part of the job of providing electricty and water suppy regularly which are basic needs of living. Mseb has disconnected our common meter due to non payment of electrical bills till august 17. New purchasers kindly think and investigate thoroughly befor purchasing property from this builder.

Saarthi is the most cheated builder. Plz dont invest your hard earned money with them. We had booked a flat in Sarthi Suburbia project in the year 2014 and we were supposed to be getting the possession by early 2017, however till date there construction in not even 50percent done. Work was stoped several time during all this while. We are struggling hard to contact the representative of builders to get the answers to our concerns. Now we get to know they have transferred the ownership of this project to some other builders , this was not communicated to the owners/buyers. Having a tough time dealing with this cheaters.

Saarthi Builder has been a complete failure and a big set of disappointment for all the investors. A fake promising society builder like Saarthi doesnot deserve his customer list grow. Its a complete emotional and financial set back for all the flat owners in Saarthi Sovereign society where a huge outstanding MSEB bill is unpaid by builder (despite multiple follow ups ) and consequently the common area , park , street power supply is shut down by MSEB leading to inconvenience faced by residents.water arrangements, after sale services, timely bill payments, power supply , lift , security and the list goes on...all the aspects here are pathethic. Please dnt commit a mistake by investing your hard earned money in any project of SAARRTHI group.

Saarrthi group is a fraudster / corrupt and crook. We, the residents / owners of Saarrthi Sovereign, Hinjawadi, are suffering big for basis amenities like electricity / water supply / STP etc. because of the builder.The builder handed over the society with lot of issues and a huge electricity bill~13 lacs on top of multiple maintenance payments extorted from owners, which were not at all justified. The builder duped the society with hell lot of issues.Builder did not paid the common meter bill and bribed the MSEB officials so that the society did not got any bills for common meters during 3-4 months before handover, resulting in disconnection from MSEB for the entire society with huge bill of~13lacs. It was the responsibility of the builder to clear all dues after extorting additional maintenance on top of the 2 years maintenance which they eaten up in only 1 year or so.Builder did not fulfilled his commitments for basic amenities and now the society of 250+ families are living in dark and fighting with MSEB and other govt. agencies for basic amenities.Bottom line, please don’t invest your hard earned money in these fraudsters.

I gave an interview and I was told that I got selected. Later after a day the consultancy firm through which I went called me n informed that I havnt been selected. The HR didnt even care to inform that to me.I dnt knw much about how there products are but this is a Worst place for people to work for.

I bought a flat at Saarrthi Sovereign project. The builder demanded and recovered additional maintenance using coercive methods like disconnecting water and electricity suppply and in the end fled away leaving lakhs of electricity bills unpaid.

I am very disappointed with Saarrathi builder. They did not clear the pending dues(₹ 13 lacs) for electricity bill before handing the society to CHS. This is causing huge inconvenience to me and all other 250 families. I strictly dont recommend this builder for any property purchase.
