@Pristine Greens, Moshi1.The parking provision for all flats not there.2.No provision for visitors parking .3.The old plans were revised and the common space for the society is just vanished .4.Not Enough corporation water , residents use paid packaged water to drink.5.Low capacity solar panels used .I would give -5 stars to Pristine Properties on above 5 points ,for Pristine Greens Project ,Moshi .

Thank god I didnt purchase the flat here, hear a issue of old members they fighting with builders for their own rights, builder didnt entertain them from last 10 months, such a pathetic builder. Need legal action on them immediate who cheated people. Dont but flats in pristine Properties. Thanks to them who stand against builder for there own rights. Parking is basic need of flat without it how can authority allow the sanctions. Quality is bad, poor value for moneyNot responsive with their onligations.

Parking Issues Moshi Project:A builder has to provide a certain number of parking spaces basis the number of units of houses. As per a mandate from the Mumbai High Court, the builder is not allowed to sell parking spaces outside the FSI consumed. This has been confirmed by the Supreme Court of India to, even visitors parking also not provided..

Not entertaining buyers after sales done, not interested in buyers complaints.As advertised in all social & hoardings it didnt seems like this. Open space parking issues in Moshi project, no sufficient arrangment of solar water ( only 1 hour capacity), No 5% visitor parking, 14 floor multistory building with single parking area, lack of podium,Illegally allocating parking area in front of lift & fire point / ways & which creats lots of conflict between buyers.No response by sales team denied for sorting issues.Complaints by flat owners in RERA

It appears that the company never really planned to entertain any kind of customer service. Been banging on their doors for some attention for 4 years now, and all Ive ended up with is wasting my time. Chased and spoken to several people who seem to be all ears and promise to act, but never get back.

I and my friend visited the pristine office in wakad to check their project. We met the sales person named as Kirti bhosale.During our discussion, We felt that the sales folks were not much interested in negotiating. Kirti was rude at times and at one point told us to take it or leave it . I am an investor and have experience talking to N number of sales folks. Of all I have met, Pristine sales team was the least professional.When I talked to my friends in Pristine prolife 1 and 2, they also had similar experience with sales office, Kirti in particular. One of my friend told me that he has seen sales folks shouting at their customers , once the sale is completed. They will turn deaf ears to your complaint/request to genuine issues, even though the agreement mentions something else.Sales folks spoiled the first impression and now not going again to pristine.

I have taken the flat in the foreground by Pristi but I have cheated but no one should be cheated anymore so I urge you to think carefully while booking the flat because if I cheated you dont cheatWork quality is very bad and his staff is very unprofessional, HTP is very low capacity rainy session top floor flat condition is very badThis builder is worst, build quality is very bad, quality of material used is third class. No approach road provided to society & more over just here to loot the hard earned money of middle class thats all.
