Nice to invest in this property

Due to covid situation I was unable to travel for registration. These folks cancelled my flat even though I sent them loan sanction letter.Now they increased price and asking to rebook the flatAshok Singh was the person I was in touch with. Now he is telling out of 50,000 booking fee 41,000 will be deducted as cancelation charges even large builers take maximum 10k as cancelation fee. These folks are looting innocent people. Its hard to loose your hard earned money to these crooks.

5 stars are less to appreciate the Nirvana Lifecity. Everything is so well organised. Thanks to Sagar Gandhi sir.

Not maintaining construction quality, Not good workmanship like curing on concrete works beam/column/slab/staircases etc. We are complaint against quality many more time but till date not improvement shown by builder, yesterday seen cracks on recently constructed slab and shown to site engineer very poor quality construction
