Will definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to my friends.

We went to the ECB for the weekend, decided to stay at this hotel, pre-called and booked a room. As a result, having arrived at night, they were provided with a completely wrong number, demanded to pay extra, since we had a child, they did not deal with it at night. In the morning we contacted the reception again to recalculate and provide the room that we originally booked by phone. At the reception, there are uneducated, cattle employees who were getting personal, moreover, after they eventually discovered a mistake, they promised to pay a compliment. This compliment turned out to be that we were shown the cost of a chocolate bar, which we allegedly took from them in the mini-bar (which was not clear at all). We did not take any bar, we pointed out to them what they could look at on the cameras. As a result, the resume: boorish staff, wind up and impose paid services, mislead. Well, at night there are eternal partying and falling drunk people at the entrance to the hotel. We do not recommend this hotel! Banal apologies were not even received.

I don’t know how much this place is like a hotel, but the acquiring terminal in the bar is the same for the bar and for guests. They don’t give water to coffee, only aquamineral for 130 rubles. The main problem is parking, it simply does not exist. All parking spaces are marked with reserved car numbers, there are no free ones - finding a place is very difficult - this problem is very unpleasant and unexpected, I have never seen such a hotel. In general, it can be recommended, but nothing special.

Prices are not the most democratic, but not exorbitant. Prepare delicious. The only thing that was a little upset is the regulation of heating in the room. The room was very hot, the heating worked to its fullest. Sleep was a bit stuffy. I asked at the reception to correct this situation before bedtime, to which he received in response of course we will fix it, but only at eight in the morning. so steamed all night.
