Visited the place for a mani pedi .the pedicure person forced me to to take a higher price pedi stating feet are dry and only gave 10 per cent off to add to this once I chose my nail polish colour she did not apply saying you are wearing shoes it will get smudged .to make me spend extra she did not hesitate but do a bit of extra work she was shying away. To add to this the mani lady cut my cuticle on 2 fingers when I told her she said its ok it happens. Worst experience ever

I am happy about my new look, new life.We all know haircut play prominent role when it comes to stand out among crowd.I would like to mention about the precautions as well that how NVI people are taking care of every small thing.The moment you enter the door, temperature scanning, is done by them,then they ask you to sanitize hands after that you will be given...1) Google form fill up, saying that you dont have any COVID symptoms( fever, cold, headache..... etc).2)A new mask to wear.3)Pair of Gloves for both hands & foot .4) They sanitize your sitting place before going into further procedure/process.They are taking care of every little thing and more cautious about hygiene. I had gotten my kerastase experience ritual done at envi salon; as i wanted the perfect hair for my grand finale of MISS MAHARASHTRA ELITE,by STARSTREAM ENTERTAINMENT & all i can say it it was worth the money and wait. I felt absolutely relaxed and calm after the whole treatment was over andmy hair is super soft and smooth and bouncy. I got hair smoothening treatment done for my wife , I saw perfection at its best right in front of my eyes, the effort and dedication they put is worth appreciating, especially Shalu Lalwani , she is PERFECTIONIST, and a nice human being, who listens you properly and guide for best treatment. I had booked an appointment with Envi Salon and Spa for Gel Nail polish Phoenix Pune and they had given me time for 7 pm. I reached on time and then they were busy with another client and told me to wait for 15 min, which was considerable and they also discussed what kind of polish I want and what color I want. But then I waited for 1 hour and 15 min for the Nail art guy to get free, after that he started with my mails. After doing the initial prep of my nails when he started with color, he started showing me color option and not a single one matched with my requirements which I had discussed initially and I was furious till the time because he made me wait for this long for nothing. Then ultimately I selected one to at-least get something done after such a long wait and even that also he did in hurry with very bad finishing.I am very disappointed with the service quality and time management. It was my first visit and hopefully will be last too.

Definitely an amazing salon..just got haircut done by Mr Yaseen and he is quite decent with his skills and experience. Will revisit for my next haircuts.

Best experience ever. They maintain good hygiene during this pandemic, they have disposal gloves and shoe cover for coustmer. The staff of Envi is very charming and soft spoken, they make sure that coustmer feels relaxed. I went there for a haircut, Payal was my hairdresser, she is pro in her skill, she gave me a fabulous haircut, I just dont like it but i love it.Payal gave me free consultation about my scalp and hair, about how to take care of it etc.I will surely visit Envi again.

Envi saloon is good, hospitality is good, I went for haircut but I didnt like the style whatever done by the male beautician, because I thought they r very professional.so I never mentioned any specific style, they should do whatever suits to my face , requested for a new style. But nothing newness found.I am not satisfied with the haircut, then I told them and he replied it will look good when it will growth but still not find any style in hair, nobody even praised me, its ENVI🙄😒

Ive been to envi salon once before in December. And I loved their service. I wanted to visit them again, but the whole covid situation happened. But I finally got a chance to get my hair cut yesterday! First of all the cleanliness was spot on. They sanitised the chair I sat on, and even gave me a PPE kit. I got my hair cut by Altaf and he did a great job! Just what I wanted! Also, they gave me a discount which was like a cherry on top :) Thank you guys! ❤️

Staff is very polite..... This place has a good ambience. Their menu suits all pockets but just be careful as they will try to upsell forcefully on you which I did not like. Its all about the products and not service. Overall this place is good.

They provide Excellent customer services as per demand.Advantage being in this salon is they dont force any product or any other services to any of the customer.They are amongst the best hair stylist in Pune.One less star because beauty parlour services are not as good as hair salon services are .Hoping they might hire some good beauticians to make it a complete hair and beauty salon.

I am a envi customer since December 2019 and i loved their services in 2020 i shifted nearby and within 2-3 days lockdown happend i want a haircut which give me a look enhancement as i have below waist length so after checking out lot of salon this rendemly happend i was in phoenix market City, and saw envi and thought to walk in And ask if i may get a haircut and they said yes you can , and got my hair cut which was not satisfactory but the price i paid 1322 inr i found it higher and bit disappointing then, but inspite all of it Ill visit envy for other services as well
