My laundry is misplaced.

Polite and cooperative staff !! ...we have came all the way long about 25km & they have treated us very well ,also gave us priority ...👍

They were supposed to deliver clothes on a particular date by 8pm but did not. When called, they said they dont have staff. They did not even inform that the delivery cannot be made.When I went to collect the clothes I found their staff were present in the shop but busy chit-chatting, cracking jokes and having nice time.Cannot rely on UClean any more....

I have lost minimum of 3 shirts here which I know of and god knows how many more!! The only reason I used their services as I have expensive clothes so I wanted to maintain them... I was using the monthly package as I have a lot of clothes. They sent me somebody elses clothes instead of mine and when asked for my own clothes, they have the audacity to tell me that I am lying! If I am getting someone elses clothes then why cant my clothes go somewhere else? This is ridiculous! They have a pathetic management and if you want to lose your clothes then please do try their service!

I have used Uclean services and i found it best than other laundry and dry clean centers in pune. staff and management was very helpful and co-operative. Uclean NIBM center deserves more than 5 stars rating

Not only would I recommend all their laundry services...from expensive sarees to curtains but the staff goes beyond the usual and have arranged pick up and urgent deliveries late at night within an hour. The team at Uclean is not only helpful but dependable too.

Expensive and strange where clothes are counted in kg. One jeans of mine cost me only 400 when purchased, and for cleaning this Uclean laundry asked for120.
