I’ve stayed here with my little dog for two weeks when my apartment was being renovated. The rooms are clean, well-sized and the staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating. Professional with the personal touch! Definitely recommended for a home away from home experience…

The most pathetic hotel I have stayed in. Its a smokers paradise. My room smelled like a smoking room. Cockroaches all over the room. Bedsheets torn, old furniture and poor lighting. They over charged me too. They told me the rooms are not empty when half of the hotel was empty. However, I had no option to move my family again once I had checked out. Please avoid this place at all costs. Unprofessional, unhygienic, poor value for money and a loss to the customer.

HIGH ALERT: DO NOT VISIT HEREIts better to spend a day on ROAD rathar than booking this BHANGARKHANA. This BHANGARKHANA doesnt include any Balcony as shown in pictures. The staff is so rude and there is no room service. The staff doesnt listen your complaints and even are not ready to talk with Go Ibibo customer Care. The check-in time is 2.00pm but we were allotted the rooms on 3.30 pm. They do not change bedsheets I think because they charge extra for washing them. The lift does not work properly. The bathrooms are so dirty, not cleaned properly.

Rooms were spacious and clean. No restaurant service available as of now due to covid but you can order online. The hotel is situated away from city traffic. Enjoyed the stay.

Worst service 😒 manager is not at all polite doesnt give any importance to the guests, linen and interior is not at all upto the mark door is chipped. I had check out within 15min of check in.Suggestion : Go on your own risk

Great budget hotel In location like Kalyani Nagar (Pune). A bit inside but not more than 5 mins walk from Main Road. Good Staff at all the levels. Breakfast was good. Having 4-5 options including Veg and Non Veg. Recommended for budget stay in Pune with Clean and hygiene hotel along with Good Staff.Want to add more thing that in late night if you want to have something, hotel allow you to order food from Swiggy and other online Food apps.

Reducing to one star based on latest experience. Room smells badIf you are looking for a B&B (bed and breakfast), its a decent option. Nice clean rooms and a separate dining space. Dont expect too much. You get cattle with provision to make tea and coffee and some biscuit packets on charge. A fridge with nothing to offer but good to have. Dont expect good service though from the staff.

Good Hotel at a posh locality. Food is average and restaurant kitchen is very dirtily maintained.We can forgo complimentary breakfast while booking and enjoy the rest of the other features of the hotel. Its a VALUE FOR MONEY. There are good restaurants in the vicinity.

The Room was well maintained with amenities and kept ready upon arrival. The food was good to but they take atleast 30mins to serve so place your order accordingly. Some basic things should be improved like when asked for ice it wasn t available neither was a hot water bag.Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay.

Really good place tucked into a nice and quiet part of Kalyani Nagar, Pune. Good service and value for money. Spacious, clean and well maintained rooms. Alot of great restaurants, bars etc closeby. Would be great if the rooms could be a little more bright though; but again, thats not necessarily a game changer.

So spent this weekend at their Service Apt at kalyani Nagar. Stayed in a luxury room with my couple of friends. The apt is located in a very nice locality. There are grocery stores nearby and has enough space for parking. Relatively safe also to venture out in the night. The apartment was located on the first floor and a lift is also available.Since we were the three of us we had been provided a double bed and the third person was given an extra bed with bed sheet and pillow. The room was maintained well. Had good provision for hot and cold water. Wi-Fi was complimentary and had a very good speed. Bottles of water were provided complimentary but only for the first day (which was bit annoying). Brekafast buffet is made available and which is served on the ground floor. There is a mini bar inside the room which is chargeable. Also made available is a tea coffee maker, chips and biscuits (chips and biscuits are chargeable). Enjoyed my stay here . Would recommend this

Good suits rooms. Rooms are large, having double bed, sofa, reading table, serving table and fridge. Also have large gallery. All glass shutters having mosquito nets. Food is excellent and simole, like home food. WiFi is also there. Near to the facility, there is a school, so one can have view of morning school prayer.

Rooms are big but hospitality can be improved..aisa hi hai is the first word staff says than listening properly and catering to the request.wifi goes on and off. I had a tough time with it..lift is slow

Everything was good except early morning breakfast. They cant even provide tea or coffee before 8 am. One more thing this place was doesnt exists at the time of arrival. As a local guide I made a change in google map of this place and contact details exactly where they are.

Book for just an overnight stay.had a nice stay. was a bit worried about check-in at late night as it was a service apartment not a hotel... but everything went fine.. got easily checked in around 3am as there is always a person present at the reception.spacious room!

The most horrible property I have ever stayed. I booked twice. The first one was awesome but the second stay despite paying double, they still have me a small room without proper amenities. Booked my stay 1st time here at Vosiv. Location is very clam and inside from road. Beautiful rooms. people were cooperative. food was tasty and homely. breakfast was very nice. highly recommended for Business or family travellers.

There is a school on the back side of the apartment. From morning 7.30 am they start all singing dancing and exercise activities which is quite disturbing. Wont get peace of mind in the rooms facing the school side from morning 7 to afternoon. Breakfast, Food and facility are good.

Way too pricey for just average rooms, if not below average (see pics). If you are a late check-in case, forget dinner, you have to order in advance, something they don’t tell you at the time of booking. For a serviced apartment, they don’t even keep a toothpaste or soap. We had to follow up 7-8 times before I just went out and bought it. The room service is non-existent. Please learn from my experience, get an OYO.

NH7 Weekender trip. Cancelled our booking a few hours before we were about to check in. We landed in Pune, they called and told that the room is no longer available and that it is last minute to book another. We booked the rooms 2 weeks ago, no one called us during these 2 weeks to tell us that they cancelled.

This property went from 1200/- a night to 4000/- a night for no discernible reason. At 1200 it was value for money, for 4000 it is a rip off. One might as well stay at a proper 4 star hotel in Pune.

Horrible service....they dint provide water until asked for & even after asking they provided only one....towels were provided after 45 mins....AC was working fine half the time but it gave certain issues rest of the time....last day we were called at least 4 times to check out on time but when u want people to checkout most important factor is to provide prompt service...basic toiletries were not provided on time always a delay then why couldnt they bare late check-out...lastly rude staff who are not ready to accept their mistakes...which hotel doesnt takes call at reception at 7am when tourist usually get ready to leave for the day...on top of that they said we dont be at the reception at 7am not our hotel policy then how do we ask for anything we want...worst hospitality

I have stayed here twice since June 2017 and find it as my home in Pune. Serene verdant surroundings, big comfortable well appointed rooms ( with huge balconies overlooking greenery), clean bed linen and caring staff make it my top choice. It is shorn of any unnecessary trappings of a usual four star hotel and therefore very affordable and convenient. The manager of property Mr. Dinesh Kirtani adds personal touch and goes out of the way to make me comfortable. Yes, for first timers, it is a tad difficult to locate and the quality of food depends on the current chef but for the overall comfort, convenience and value, this place is hard to beat.
