There is a problem in the parking which floods with dirty water all the time. Also during our stay over there, once we did not have even a single drop of water for 3-4 days. The locality is good but the society is not upto the mark.

Good place to rent a house...specially if you are working in Lonikand MIDC.Society people are very helpful...There are few issues with parking water logging and water treatment plants.

Excellent project on Nagar Road touch

Horrible architecture and quality. They screwed up the best location they got for creating the society. Only good for the commercial space they have opened. The construction quality is pathetic and the demo flat is no where matching to the original built up.

Peaceful housing society near to main highway

My one friend is fed up with this society as he is not able to do furniture work due to bad interior architecture

Very bad society , a lots of water issues they also night security guard is not good there are many problems for tenants
