Last one week I am trying call Akuedi pf office . Phone is continuously busy.. and office staff is not cooperative.. such a pathatic service..

Worst infrastructure as if it is FCI warehouse..But when it comes to service delivery it is simply impeccable..Proper Guidance, cooperation and quick redressal of grievance gives this office edge over other offices. Spoon Feeding is too provided here subject to the condition that someone belly is not already full of government criticism and wrong perception..

Government office what kind of good service you expect? Just another Indian government office. Where people / employee just avoid work but demand for 7th pay / more money / more facilities.

I had an query about PF withdrawal, i had called the office contact number. The lady didnt have the answer to query but she told me that she will be calling me in sometime.I thought how can i expect callback from an government office, since i only had a very ordinary query, but to my surprise i got a call back on same day with detailed answer.I am thankful for information, and this changes my perspective to at least this government office

Youll get good service.. there are no. Of counters and work load is equally divided so you dont have to wait long for your turn.

I am not receiving account balance sms and emails since last 3 years, the KYC is just not works. I am unable to view PF balance, for which I registered grievance vied Registration number MHPUN/E/2018/00227 on 29 Jun 2018 but since 5 weeks no reply

The Akurdi office employees are very care less, I have not yet received my PF transfer amount since 5 months, and every time you call their office it will be busy continuously. Those guys put the receiver of their land line deliberately down to keep the phone from ringing.
