It is a well designed gated complex with spacious flats with a huge common space every floor and enough parking space for all. Quiet and peaceful, it is also equipped with a Gym and a swimming pool. There is also a small lawn with a stage well suited for outdoor performances like a musical concert. The landmarks are the famous Corinthian club and the Delhi Public school.

I have a property in Nyati county and during this time epidemic due to ban of crackers the society implemented the law and was very safe.

A nice well-run society. However there is limited parking space for visitors. On some days, it is sensible to be prepared to park outside the main gate if you are a visitor.

Nyati Enclave is an amazing society , even though there are some rules and regulations which are a bit over the top , but still - the pool is well maintained , the parks and courts are also very well maintained . Also , this being one of the oldest nyati projects , it is the best one yet . Overall , it is amazing to live in such an amazing place .

The place is quite and peaceful. Outsiders are not allowed to use the pool even after agreeing to pay the charges.
