Worst service and worst place in the world. I doesn’t make sense to go here and ask them for your tyre issue. They won’t help you anymore. The person seat there S.B.Kulkarni an normal aged man only tell you we cannot do anything. They suggest me to buy new tyre instead of replacing it. I bought tyre just before 1.5 years and they having 6 years warranty. But no sense to give that warranty. Very low quality rubber MRF is using. Very disappointing. MRF sucks.

I took my dominar which was having cracks on side wall of front tyre. They just checked for any punctures and instantly provided me replacement tyre. I need to pay as per pro rata basis. So I paid 1242 rs. Very friendly service. Just a suggestion that for all bikes which dont have double stand, they need to remove rim from outside which cost 100rs extra. They should have paddock stand.

Hi, i had a awefull experience with MRF pune till yesterday but once i met with the district manager Mr. Satish Nair who was so helpful in handling my case regarding my bikes tyre, he genuinely listened to my issue and provided the solution which made me understand that there are officers who are contiously working for customer satisfaction and service. Must say Satish sir thank you so much...Appreciated!!!!!!

Had got my tyre replaced for swift dzire which had done about 24k, the tyre had got bulge from side wall. The staff was not ready to accept he claim and after discussing for long with the head they agreed to replace the tyre but also charged me 1000 Rs for the earlier use of faulty tyre.

Im writing about my experience at MRF service center, I had 2 MRFs tyres of my wagon R, I explained my concern they understood my concern provided reason and acted on it. DM (I believe his name was Satish) and Roy both were helpful. Mr. Kulkarni was slow but its ok its due to aging..Though I spent more than 2 hours but after satisfactory solution with less efforts, I am ok.They ensured to provide me replaced tyre, it was not in stock but they ensured to arrange it for me.I had to pay the cost as per usage which is fair enough.Pls continue to provide good services because after buying a product we only rely on after sale services.

Vinay sir is very helpful ...he understood my problem and helped me .the worker Amol also helped me alot.....I havent met such good people in any other MRF service centres.Thank you both.

They are rejecting my tyre because it has too many punctures the main cause causing the puncture is because of their poor tyre quality. The man at the desk is too old doesnt know anything. Cant hear is voice, doesnt explain the cause why they are rejecting. Other people have the same problem in the queue with me. Closing the office early then the time.

Very bad experience today with my friends tyre issue. They gave very bad service . They reject every tyre by giving a nonsense reason. These people never listen to their customers. They make their own observations and immediately gave a rejection report .Don’t Buy MRF. You have to pay some amount for replacement. There is no free replacement. They are fraudsters. Stop making fool to your customer by giving such warranty norms. Either stop giving any warranty.

My vespa mrf tyres damage in 5000 km

This is official service center of MRF Tyres. The service is quick and I dont find any misleading information or guidance from mechanic.Company replaced tyre after checking and authorizing that its manufacturing defect.Service center check tyre depth of existing tyre and charge you for the new tyre depth difference which is measured in mm.Staff is also helpful and explain you the defects and try to resolve the issue unless its manual defect.

Awesome experience for the service provided by MRF. I changed front tyre about a week ago from authorised MRF dealer, but tyre was out and I am able to feel jurk on handle. Dealer redirect me to this outlet to fix the tyre issue. They checked the tyre and replaced it with new one. As my tyre usage was only 50km and less than a week, they didnt charge me anything for replacement.

They took a week to get new tyre since it was out of stock & not even able to fit tyre properly, didnt do alignment , break were stuck & auto applied...literally drives bike on 10-20 speed till home...told me that your linear is damaged n bla bla reasons...how can linear was working properly & got damaged after replacing tyre...paid 50 to outside mechanic ..he did alignment & its working properly ...lethargic service in 3 hr they just replaced 3 bikes tyres...

MOST PATHETIC SERVICE , JUST GOT NEW TYRE FOR MY HONDA CITY CAR ,VERY NEXT DAY TRAVELLING TO MUMBAI ON MY WAY BACK TYRE GOT BURST, WHEN CLAIM UNDER WARRANTY THEY ARE SHOWING THEIR OWN SO CALLED RULES .TYRE BURST IS NOT AS PER RULE AND IN ONE PARTICULAR DIRECTION , IF SO THEN ONLY WOULD BE CONSIDER AS MANUFACTURING DEFECT.SECONDLY AFTER TYRE BURST CAR OVER RUN.ON EXPRESS HIGHWAY THEY ARE EXPECTING ON THE SPOT BREAKING.

MRF Brand is good but in there management is very poor and not supports to customer they make a fool to customer specially Mr,Satish Tiwari is bluff master person there...I surely about Tyre is not good condition then also Mr.Satish Tiwari is not helping for me replace the Tyre and he is ignoring me.....BAD & PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MRF SERVICE STATION..........!!
