Highly unprofessional, rude and unhelpful customer representative staff! I would give zero stars if that had been an option. Some Hiren someone and his supervisor both were totally impolite and ill-mannered. Their policies are not transparent enough because one representative says one thing and the other one says something else. They are least bothered about customer satisfaction. Please consider hiring some other company to manage your online bookings if you really care about customer satisfaction. This one is not competent enough to help the booking customers.
