Society is very spacious only bad thing is leakage and seepage is huze. Unmaintained society and lift are horrible in condition

Best place for residence, I have seen. I live here in a 3 BHK flat owned. Good amenities in the society. Disciplined and maintained.Pool is not in function though but a good maintenance will bring in a good outlook.All backup, camera and other facilities available. Parking for all residents and also for guest available here. People are very co-operative and helpful.All in all a Great place to live here.

Design is good. Maintenance should be improved. Very great location.

Staying in a rented house in this society since 2 years and I must say that even though the society is pretty old- around 8 years old, infrastructure is really done smartly. Never faced any water or electricity issues ever. They also have a smart inverter for each house. They do have a Solar heater which works 70% of the time. Love the society. Crowd is really good. Most of the crowd consists of families. There is always a joyful environment in and around the society.

Only society in Hasapsar with more than 15 amenities, 3 spacious balconies, light and air ventilated infrastructure with beautiful look and most friendly peoples around maintaining the Indian culture as the name suggests Sanskruti.. and most important cost effective. Living here whole society feels like home. Best place for working professionals senior citizens and kids. Loved it👍

Its a place where you will feel home. Great place to live. Kiddos playing in the evening, people riding bicycles or taking a walk in the society is a good sight. Its walking distance from the market. You will get anything within a kilometer. Railway rossing nearby is a nightmare though.

Huge spacious houses, 2 big balconies .. can easily accommodate a family of 5-6. Plus all amenities are close by, market, hospitals, clinics, hotels and schools! Lovely !

Little aged society and few flats sink due to slum adjacent to society.This has many amenities like security guards at gates, lift, gas pipeline, spacious apartments, though nearby slums stink badly; you will smell cow dung on a regular basis so think before choosing the society for your living. 1 biggest advantages that this society looks royal and has a very magnificient view

An average society with all basic amenities including swimming pool, Gym, badminton and lawn tennis courts. But maintenance of society is really bad. No cleanliness or timely painting of the buildings. There are red spit marks on every spot you can imagine. Swimming pool is rarely functional. Table tennis table off service from months or years. Only 1 society gate is operational even when there are separate gates for entry and exit.

Place where families like to live as it is very near to Magarpatta, Schools like DPS Bishops, Hospitals like Noble Sahyadri.Society is well equipped with all modern amenities. Easy transport facility available.Vegetable and Grocery market is very near.You can find almost all daily required things in the vicinity.This is also unique in terms of design of the building and space provided in flats and balcony by the builder. This is really spacious if you compare with what builders are providing today.

A place accross the railway line. Congested and busy approach till the complex and beyond it. Narrow roads. The Complex itself is averagely maintained.

Glad to say we moved here, this is a great place to chill after a hectic day. Apart from a pool, all amenities are present. Not too far away from the rush of Magarpatta, but the peace is absolute !!

I live here. This Society has unique infrastructure and a great view from the top floor. Cool air keeps gushing through the windows at all times and you could see the entire city from your balcony.

Stayed here for more than 5 years. Spacious flat, multiple amenities but maintenance was shoddy off late. Hope it has improved since.

Calm and serene atmosphere with huge parking space and lots of greenery. All amenities- swimming pool, gymnasium, badminton court, table tennis court available.

It is a good place to stay . The beds the bathrooms are ckean and hygeinic. The food there is heathly and affordable.

Well constructed, Spacious flats, all amenities inside society. I have been staying here for almost 4 years now. Well connected and has all shops and markets close by. Close to Magarpatta IT park. Equally distant from Airport, main bus stop and Railway station (i.e. around 12 Kms each).
