Extremely poor customer service by their staff.

I have given pashmina shawl for dryclean I have told them to take care of it and they have washed it. When I have received my shawl it was size of small towel. When I have raised concern they have taken that shawl and its been 15 days not even answering the call and not telling anything about it. Worse service and fraud people

THESE GUYS ARE LOOTING THE CUSTOMERS, CHARGING 350 FOR A NORMAL SALWAR SAYING IT IS EXTRA LOMG AND ITS DESIGNER. HANKER-CHIEF 175 , 1500 FOR SUIT WITH WORK ! SERIOUSLY DONT FALL FOR THIS VENDOR! JUST MAKING MONEY!

Need more cleaning

Clothes are not cleaned well. They have not given back one clothing and all the numbers on the net are wrong Soni dont even know how to get in touch

Pathetic these people are, they don’t understand instruction have splint 2 suits of mine and doesn’t even care to fix those issues, the support tab in app doesn’t workWorst worst worst to another level
